ABSTRACT Mirza Celil Mehmetkuluzade is the establisher of a new literature school in Azerbaijan. The magazine Molla Nasreddin has converted to a literature school in respect of its principles and procedures; and the intellectual editors, who aggregated within the body of this magazine were called as Molla Nasreddinciler. The magazine Molla Nasreddin caused to start a political and literature era during the time it used to be published. Mirza Celil Mehmetkuluzade is the owner of a great role on establishment and development of Azerbaijan Theatre. He reflected the observations he obtained from environment in the theatre novels he worked out as well as in other novels of him. He aimed to train ignorant public with the issues he processed in theatre novels of him. He considered theatre to be an effective method to train ignorant public. Mirza Celil Mehmetkuluzade has obtained the issues and the heroes of his novels from the real life. There is no any controversy between his novels and the real life. He used the art in order to demonstrate the truth and the reality to Azerbaijan public. He adopted the understnding the art for the public. Mirza Celil Mehmetkuluzade has brought speaking language of the public to its novels in connection with his understanding of art. He is against the presence of a language remaining under effects of Arabian, Persian and Russian languages. He defended such understnding of him for all his life. Editor has used, a language net, clear and understandable in his articles published on the magazine Molla Nasreddin, in his stories and in his theatre novels. Mirza Celil Mehmetkuluzade has defended the necessity of looking for the settlement for troubles and difficulties of Azerbaijan public within itself. The novel named Deats, on wich we work, has a great importance in respect to reflecting the understanding of art of Mirza Celil and his comments abaut language.
