Özet
ÖZET Günümüzde girişimcilik, ekonomik büyüme ve gelişme açısından büyük bir öneme sahiptir. Girişimciliğe yönelik desteğin altında yatan en önemli sebeplerden biri, girişimcinin içinden çıktığı topluma dönük oldukça önemli fayda ve imkânlar sunabilmesidir. Bu imkânlar ekonomik büyümeye sebep olmakla beraber, ülke kalkınmasına da yardımcı olmaktadır. Bu nedenle girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi gerekliliği ortaya çıkmaktadır. Bu çalışmada ülkemizde girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi için yapılması gerekenlerin neler olabileceği ile ilgili bir araştırmanın Türkiye'de girişimcilik alanına önemli katkılar sağlayacağı düşünülmüştür. Bu çerçevede Türkiye'de girişimciliğin geliştirilmesi amacıyla faaliyet gösteren başlıca kuruluşlarından biri olan KOSGEB'in rolü ve önemi ortaya konulmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışmanın hipotezini sınamak amacıyla, OSTİM'deki KOBİ'lere, ODTÜ- KOSGEB TEKMER'deki kuluçkalara ve KOSGEB Genel Girişimcilik Kursu katılımcıları olmak üzere üç ayrı alanda toplam olarak 92 kişiyi kapsayan bir alan araştırması yapılmıştır. Anket metodu uygulanmış ve Tek Faktörlü Varyans Analizi'nden (ONE-WAY ANOVA).yararlanılmıştır. KOSGEB'in Türkiye'de girişimciliğin geliştirilmesine niteliksel anlamda önemli katkılarda bulunabileceği saptanmıştır. KOSGEB'in anketlerin ortaya çıkardığı eksiklikleri gidermesi yoluyla Türkiye'de girişimciliği destekleme konusundaki başarısını arttıracağı düşünülmektedir.

m SUMMARY Today, Entrepreneurship has a great importance in the view of economic growth and development. One of the most important reasons for supporting entrepreneurship is that entrepreneurs can provide their society with important opportunities. These opportunities provide economic growth and development of a country. For this reason, the necessity of improving the entrepreneurship arises. In this study, it is thought that a research about what needs to be done to enhance the entrepreneurship in our country can provide the field of Turkish Entrepreneurship with important contributions. In this framework, it is tried to demonstrate the role and importance of KOSGEB which is one of the leading organizations aming at the advancement of entrepreneurship in Turkey. In order to test the hypothesis of this study, surveys have been conducted at three different fields as SME's in OSTİM, Incubators in METU-KOSGEB Technology Development Center and Participants ivolving in KOSGEB Entrepreneurship Courses. 92 personnel are comprised study sample. To collect data questionnaire method was used. One- Way ANOVA analysis of variance procedure was performed. With this study, it is found that KOSGEB can have important contributions to the enhancement of entrepreneurship in Turkey qualitatively. It is thought that KOSGEB will raise its success in supporting entrepreneurship in Turkey by dissolving the problems diagnosed in the surveys.
