Özet
Bu tezde, Türkiye'de kurulmaya çalışılan yeni sağ hegemonyanın bir kırılma anına işaret eden 'sosyal patlama' söyleminin 'toplumsal sorun' ve 'toplumsal hoşnutsuzluk' momentinde çözümlenmesi amaçlanmış; 'sosyal patlama' söylemi ile toplumsal alanda gerçekleşen 'toplumsal sorun' algısındaki değişimler, siyasi iktidarın 'toplumsal sorun' ve 'toplumsal hoşnutsuzluk' görünümlerine dönük tavrındaki kırılmalar ortaya konmak istenmiştir. Bu bağlamda sırası ile Türkiye'de 1980'lerde gerçekleşen temel dönüşümler, yeni sağ ideolojisinin etkileri ile Şubat 2001 Krizi çözümlendikten sonra II- ve III. Bölümlerde Türkiye'de 'toplumsal sorun'un görünümleri/boyutları genel 'toplumsal sorun' profili ile Türkiye'ye özgü dinamikler çerçevesinde analiz edilmiştir. IV. Bölümde Türkiye'de büyüyen 'toplumsal soruna' ilişkin nasıl bir tepkinin oluştuğu, ne türlü 'toplumsal hoşnutsuzluk' hareketlenmelerinin gözlendiği ve siyasi iktidarın 'toplumsal hoşnutsuzluklar' karşısında aldığı geleneksel tavır, devlet/toplum ilişkileri üzerinden değerlendirilmiş; son bölümde ise 'sosyal patlama' söylemi ile 'toplumsal sorun', 'toplumsal hoşnutsuzluk' momenti arasındaki etkileşimler ve dönüşümler çözümlenmeye çalışılmıştır.

In this thesis, it is aimed to be solved the 'social explosion' which indicates the break point of the new right hegemony that is tried to be established in Turkey at the momentum of 'social problem' and 'social unrest' and to be indicated the breaks in the attitude of the political power the aspects of the 'social problem' and 'social unrest' and the changes in the perception about the 'social problem' which occurs in the social area by the mean of 'social explosion'. In this context, after the fundamental transitions in Turkey during 1980's, the effects of the new right ideology and the crises of February 2001 were solved respectively, the appearances/ dimensions of the 'social problem' in Turkey have been analyzed at the frame of dynamics which are peculiar to Turkey by the 'social problem' profile in the Sections II and III. In the Section IV, what kind of reaction occurs against the 'social problem' which grows in Turkey, what kind of 'social unrest' movements are observed and the traditional attitude of the political power against the 'social unrest' were assessed in the state / society relationships and in the last Section, the interactions and transitions between the 'social explosion' and 'social problem', 'social unrest' momentum were tried to be analyzed.
