Özet
oz Tez,“İşyeri Sendika Temsilciliği ve Güvencesi”olarak adlandırılmıştır. Seçilen konu, üç bölüm halinde incelenmiştir. İş Hukuku sistemimizde, önemli bir yer tutan işyeri sendika temsilcileri, sendikalar için bir vazgeçilmez unsurdur. Sendikaların varlığı işyerinde sahip oldukları üye sayısıyla orantılıdır. İşyeri sendika temsilcilerinin sendikaya yeni üye kazanılmasındaki önemi de çok büyüktür. Çalışmada işyeri sendika temsilciliğiyle, işçi temsilciliğinin mukayesesi yapılmış, ülkemiz koşullan bakımından sendika temsilciliği sisteminin daha uygun olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. İşyeri sendika temsilcilerinin güvencesi konusunda ise, yeni yasal düzenlemeyle eskiye göre çok büyük bir geriye gidiş olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Eski yasal düzenlemenin işyeri sendika temsilcilerinin güvencesi için çok daha iyi olduğu sonucuna varılmıştır. ABSTRACT The subject of this thesis is“ Shop Steward and its Guarantee”. The topic is examined in three parts. Shop stewards, which occupy an important place in our labor law system, are an unalienable element of labor unions. The existence of labor unions are related to the number of members they have in the work place. In this regard, shop stewards play an important role for unions' enrolling new members. In this thesis, a comparison is made between shop stewards and workers' representatives and concluded that the shop steward system is more appropriate given the conditions of our country. With respect to the guarantees of shop stewards, in comparison to the old regime, the new legislation represents a big step backwards. Therefore, it is argued that the old legislation is better in terms of the guarantees of shop stewards.
