Özet
ÖZET Bu çalışmada, ısıl cihazların üretimini yapan bir firmaya, performans testlerinin yapılabilmesi için bir adet test odası projelendirilmiş ve imal edilmiştir. Ayrıca hazırlanan bu test odasının çeşitli yerlerine sıcaklık ve nem sensörleri yerleştirilerek deneme testleri yapılmıştır. Bu testlerin sonucunda oda içerisindeki sıcaklık ve nem dağılımının homojen olduğu ve oda içerisindeki sıcaklık ve nem farklarının standartlarda belirtilen sınırlar içerisinde kaldığı deney sonuçlarıyla ispatlanmıştır. Birinci bölümde, klor ve brom içeren soğutucu akışkanların ozon tabakasına olumsuz etkilerinden söz edilmiş ve test odalarının kullanım amaçlarından bahsedilmiştir. İkinci bölümde, test odasının ne olduğu ve kullanım alanlarıyla ilgili bilgi verilerek test odalarının genel olarak ısıtma ve soğutma sistemi anlatıldı. Üçüncü bölümde, soğutma sistemi ekipmanlarının kısaca tarifleri yapıldı. Dördüncü bölümde, test odasının özellikleri, ana elemanları ve uygulama alanları hakkında bilgi verildi. Beşinci bölümde, test odasmın tasarımı ve imali yapıldı. Test odası panel, zemin ve asma tavan özelliklerinin yanında ısıtma ve soğutma yükleri hesaplanıp buna göre de soğutma sistemi ekipmanlarının seçimi yapıldı. Daha sonra otomatik kontrol sistemi ve elektrik tesisatı üzerine kısa bilgiler verildi. Altıncı bölümde, tasarlanan bu test odasında yapılabilecek deneyler ve bu deneylerin amaçlan anlatıldı. Yedinci bölümde, oda içerisindeki hava hareketlerinin simülasyonu yapıldı. Sekizinci bölümde, test odasının çeşitli yerlerine sensörler yerleştirilerek, odanın çeşitli yerlerindeki sıcaklık ve nem değerleri ölçülüp sonuçlar grafik olarak gösterildi.

ABSTRACT In this thesis, one test chamber is designed and fabricated for the performance tests to the company, which is producing heating devices. In addition the tests are done by using the heat and humidity sensors which are located at the different sections of the test chamber. As a result of these tests, the temperature and humidity differences occurred in the chamber are checked according to the related standards and proved that the results of the tests are in the range of these standards. In the first chapter, the long-term effects of the refrigerants to ozone layer, which are including chlorine and bromine are taken under consideration and the applications of the test chamber are presented. In the second chapter, the information about the test chamber and the cooling system is presented. In the third chapter, the definitions of cooling system equipment are described. In the fourth chapter, general information about the properties, main equipments and the application areas of the test chamber are presented. In the fifth chapter) the design and construction of the test chamber is taken under consideration. Initially, the specifications of ceiling, floor and panel of the test chamber are described and then cooling and heating loads are calculated. Based on these calculations the equipments of cooling system are selected. At the end of this chapter, short information about the automatic control system and electricity circuit is presented. In the sixth chapter, the experiments related to the design test chamber and the objectives of these experiments are presented. In the seventh chapter, the simulation for the air movements in the test chamber is done. In the eighth chapter, the sensors are located at the appropriate sections of the test chamber in order to measure the temperature and humidity values and the results are illustrated by charts.
