Man perceives music with all his body, hears the sound, feels it, Expresses what he feels and comments on it. Music moves the body: because it is a living phenomenon, it breathes and communicates. The learning of music can be indelible only if the body attains the ability to reflect music on its own. The mind comprehends music as a whole set of musical elements or in other words it comprehends music through all these elements that makes it and reflects it accordingly. The mind's comprehension of the music depends very much on whether it posseses some prior musical experiences or not. The musical experience is a priorty in the comprehension of music: Man hears music free of any nonessentials and affectations first, than listens to it and perceives it. The analysis is done in line with such an experience. As a result onereaches the conceptual sphere of music. Thus the improvisation exercisesthat had been practised with the acquired knowledge helps in developingthe students' interpretation skills and also their creativity. For Dalcroze and Orff, the body is the most important instrument in music education: Dalcroze aims at training musicians with the help of such a vital instrument, whereas Orff aims to raise a musical awareness in the society with help of it. Dalcroze's study is divided into three main groupsnamely; solfege, rhythm and improvisation exercises. On the other hand,Orff s studies are not that much rule oriented. His method is basedon the student's concurrent creativity with music. Although these two methods have much in common, there are some differences as well. Yet these differences are complementary rather than being oppositions. In Orff s method, a methodical, oriented creativity is in the foreground. Whereas in Dalcroze's method, creativity is much more conformed to rules.
