Özet
V ÖZET Cumhuriyetin kurulmasıyla birlikte hız kazanan Batılılaşma hareketinin fotografik imgeye bakış yöntemleri açısından ve tematik açıdan farklılıklar yarattığı görülmektedir. Bu dönemde fotoğraf devletin benimsediği ideolojinin görselleştirilmesi görevini üstlenmiş, devlet güdümünde işlevsel ve belgeci bir yapılanma göstermiştir, idealize edilen bu görüntüler“Romantik Dönem”in karakteristik özelliğidir. 1950'de Tek Parti Dönemi'nin bitmesiyle fotoğrafın üzerindeki devlet yönlendirmesi sona ermiş, fotoğrafın teması da değişerek yerel konular, folklorik öğeler naturalist bir üslupla fotoğrafianmaya başlanmıştır. Anadolu insanının ve yaşamının betimlenmesi, dönemin olgusu olarak değerlendirilebilir. Toplumsal hareketliliğin getirdiği sanayileşme, köyden kente göç ve bunun sonucu oluşan varoşlar“Toplumsal Gerçekçi”fotoğrafı doğurmuş, birey- yaşam koşullan, birey- üretim ilişkisi 1960 sonrası fotoğrafının ana teması olmuştur. Fotoğraflarda içeriğin öne çıktığı bu dönemde biçimin arka planda kaldığı görülmektedir. Dernekleşmelerin hız kazanması ve fotoğraf eğitiminin başlaması da yine aynı dönemin gelişmelerindendir. Türk Fotoğrafı'nda kimlik arayışlarının hızlandığı ve bireysel çıkışların görüldüğü 1980 'ler, aynı zamanda teknik kalitenin yükseldiği ve biçimsel araştırmaların arttığı“Dışavurumcu Dönem”olarak tanımlanabilir. Uygulanan liberal ekonomi sonrasında tanıtım fotoğrafçılığının ivme kazanması da dönemin özelliklerindendir. 1990Tar Türk Fotoğrafı'nda hareketliliğin azaldığı bir dönem olmakla birlikte, görüntü işleme programlarının gündeme gelmesiyle yeni bir ivme

vır SUMMARY It is seen that westernization which has accelerated together with the establishment of the republic has created differences in viewing methods to the photographic image and theme. In this period of time, photograph has undertaken the duty of visualizing the ideology that the government has appropriated and has a showed functional and documantary configuration in the guidiance of government. These idealized images are the main characteristics of“Romantic Period”. By the end of Single Party Period in 1950, government manipulation on photographic art has ended, the subject of the photograph has changed; local matters, folkloric elements were started to be photographed in a naturalistic style. Anatolian people and desription of their life can be evaluated as the plot of this period. Industrialization that is brought in by the social dynamism, immigration from the village to the city and the cause of this movement; suburbs have lead to“Social Realistic”photograph; person-life conditions, person-production relations have been the main subject of the photograph after 1960. We can see the content of the major importance and structure on the background. Rising in becoming association and start of photographic education have also been the developments of the same period. 1980' s can be described as an“Expressionist Period”in which we can see seeking of identities and individual progresses and at the same time increase in technical quality and structual researches. Rising on presentation photography after the liberal economy that is put into practise, is also one of the characteristics of this period.Vffi Although 1990' s have been a period in which the dynamism was lowered, there were ascends that image processing programs were proposed for the agenda. A new computer based -that is used instead of traditional technics- progression is being lived with“intervention to the image”or“recreation of the image”In the recent period, acceleration of interdisciplines interaction makes the photograph indispensable that it should be described as an art language.
