Özet

ÖZET Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr ALAŞIMINDA AUSTENİTE-MARTENSİTE FAZ DÖNÜŞÜMLERİ VE BUNLARIN BAZI FİZİKSEL ÖZELLİKLERİ GÜNER, Melek Kırıkkale Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Fizik Anabilim Dalı, Yüksek Lisans Tezi Danışman: Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Aktaş Ocak 2003, 60 sayfa Bu tez çalışmasında, Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alaşımında gözlenen austenite-martensite faz dönüşümlerinin yapısal, mekanik ve austenite fazın manyetik özellikleri çeşitli fiziksel yöntemler kullanılarak araştırılmıştır. Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alaşımında austenite fazdan martensite faza geçişin atermal özellik gösterdiği diğer araştırmacıların daha önceki çalışmalarında ortaya konulmasına rağmen bu tez çalışmasında diğer araştırmaların aksine bu alaşımda austenite fazdan martensite faza geçişin izotermal bir özellik gösterdiği elektron mikroskop çalışmaları sonucunda alaşımın yapısal özellikleri belirlenerek açığa kavuşturulmuştur. Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alaşımında austenite fazda bulunan kristal taneciklerinin büyüklüğünün alaşımın mekanik özelliklerini nasıl değiştirdiğive austenite faz içerisinde oluşan martensite fazın bu dönüşüme etkisi, mikro sertlik test yöntemleri ile araştırılmıştır. Austenite fazın kristal tanecik büyüklüğünün mekanik özellikler üzerinde çok etkin olduğu, içerisinde martensite faz bulunan alaşımın austenite faza göre çok değişik mekanik özellik gösterdiği mikro sertlik deneyleri sonucunda ortaya konulmuştur. Oluşturulan austenite-martensite faz dönüşümlerinin yapısal özellikleri, austenite kristal yapının manyetik özellikleri ve austenite-martensite fazların mekanik özellikleri bu çalışmada açığa çıkarılmıştır. Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alaşımında ortaya çıkan austenite ve martensite fazlarının manyetik özelliklerini belirlemek için yapılan araştırmalarda sadece austenite kristal yapının ferromanyetik özellik gösterdiği Mössbauer spektroskopisi yöntemi ile belirlenmiştir.

ABSTRACT AUSTEN ITE-MARTENSITE PHASE TRANSFORMATIONS IN Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr ALLOY AND SOME PHYSICAL PROPERTIES OF THIS ALLOY GÜNER, Melek Kırıkkale University Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Physics, M.Sc Thesis Supervisor: Prof. Dr. Hüseyin Aktaş January 2003, 60 pages In this thesis study, structural and mechanical properties of austenite- martensite phase transformations and magnetic properties of austenite phase which are observed in Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alloy is studied by using different physical methods. Altough the other investigators found and athermal austenite martensite phase transformation in Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alloy, in thesis study, transformation property is revealed isothermal at the and of the electronmicroscopy studies which exhibited the structural properties of Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alloy according to the prior investigations. In Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alloy, the size of crystal granules which are settled in austenite phase how effects the mechanical properties of alloy and iiithe effect of martensite matrix which is formed in austenite matrix are investigated by using microhardness testing methods. Size of crystal granules of austenite matrix is revealed so effective on mechanical properties and matrix which contains martensites exhibited so many different mechanical property occording to the austenite matrix is showed by using microhardness experiment results. The structural properties of austenite- martensite phase transformations, magnetic properties of austenite crystal matrix and mechanical properties of austenite martensite phase are lightened clearly in this study. In Fe-%32Ni-%0.4Cr alloy, Mössbauer spectroscopy is used for investigation of the magnetic properties of austenite and martensite matrix and its only found that the ferromagnetic property of austenite matrix.
