Özet
Bu çalışmada amaç tüketici sağlığını korumaya yönelik uygulamalardan birisi olan HACCP standardının incelenmesi ve Ambalaj sektöründe de uygulanması gerekliliğine değinmektir. Gıda ve ambalaj birbirinden ayrılamayacak ikilidir. Gıda üreticisi ürününü en son teknolojiyi kullanmış, en üst kalitede üretmiş olabilir. Ancak tüketici beğenisine sunulan ürün uygun şartlarda korunup albeni taşımıyorsa, satış beklenenin altında olacak, daha da önemlisi gıda bozulabileceği için tüketici sağlığım tehdit eder hale gelecektir. Bu noktada ambalaj devreye girer ve ürünü dış etkenlerden korumasının yanında albeni katarak satışların artmasına yardımcı olur. Güvenli gıda üretimi için uygulanan sistemler sadece gıda sektörüne değil, bu sektöre girdi temin edenlere de yol göstericidir. 1960" lı yıllardan itibaren kullanılan HACCP tüketicinin maruz kaldığı riskleri azaltmak amaçlı olarak giderek artan yoğunlukta ilgi ile uygulanmaktadır. Bu ilgi sadece üreticinin ilgisi değil, aynı zamanda tüketici beklentisinin de bir sonucudur. Buradan hareketle. Ambalaj sektöründe (gıda ambalajı üretenler) DS- 3027 HACCP standardının ve diğer sektörel standartların uygulanmasına yönelik çalışmaların nasıl olabileceği araştırılmış ve değerlendirilmiştir.

In this study the target is to analyse HACCP standards that is one of the methods to protect consumer health and to consider its application in Packaging Industry. Food and packaging are two unseperated topics. Food manufacturer might have used the latest technology and have a high qualified production. But, if the product that its served to consumers appreciation is both not appealing and not preserved in the required conditions, the sales of that product would be low, and moreover as the product would be spoiled and threaten the consumer's health. At that stage, packaging takes the role and rather than protecting the product from outside effects, it gives attractiveness. Such systems that are used for safe food production, not only acts as a guideline for food manufacturers but also for their suppliers. HACCP that aims to reduce the potential risks of the consumer is applied in the industry with an increasing demand from the beginning of 1960's. Such an interest is not an outcome of the manufacturer but also the consumer themselves. Consequently, the studies for the application of DS-3027 HACCP standards and other sectorial standards in Packaging Industry ( food packaging manufacturers) have been investigated and evaluated.
