Özet
oz Araştırmamıza konu olan Kosova Kültür Coğrafyası, küreselleşen dünyanın nesnel sonuçlarından biri olan savaş olgusunu yaşamış olması ve bu coğrafyanın sosyal yapısı içerisinde Türk Etnik Grubu'nun da bulunması nedeni ile çalışma alanı olarak seçilmiştir. Söz konusu bölgenin sosyal yapısı ve içerisinde özellikle Türk Etnik Grubu'nun, durumunun analizine yönelik bir çalışma planı düzenlenmiştir. Amaç sosyal değişme sürecinde Kosova genelinde, Prizren ve Mamuşa örneklemin de sosyal yapı ve kültürel kimlik analizidir. Ayrıca Kosova' da ki Kuman Türk boyu unsurları olan Goralı ve Torbeşler'in (Türkbaşlar'm) de sosyal yapılarının analizi bu çalışmanın bir başka nedenidir. Bu çalışma Kosova' daki etnik grupların tespiti, etnik grupların aralarındaki etkileşimin düzeyi, Kosova' da yaşanan savaş olgusunun etnik gruplar üzerindeki etkisi, Türk Etnik Grubu'nun sosyal yapı içerisindeki yeri, diğer etnik gruplarla etkileşim düzeyi, Türk Kültürü' nün diğer etnik gruplar üzerindeki etkisi, ve gelinen son noktada etnik grupların Kosova ile ilgili sorunlardaki tutum, tavır ve davranışlarını çözümlemeye yönelik, bir çalışma stratejisi çerçevesinde şekillendirilmiştir. Bu anlamda çözümleme yapmak için gerekli olan verilere ulaşma noktasında, saha araştırma tekniklerinden olan anket tekniği, katılımlı gözlem tekniği ve görüşme tekniği ile veri toplanmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu çalışma da özellikle Türk Kimliği'ne ve Kültürü'ne karşı Balkan Halklan'nm ve Devletleri'nin takındıkları olumsuz tavırlar, Türk Kimliği'ni ve kültürünü ortadan kaldırmaya yönelik uygulanan projeler de Kosova ölçeğinde tespit edilmeye çalışılmıştır. ııı

ABSTRACT The cultural geography of Kosovo is selected as the subject of this research as it has experienced the reality of war, one of the objective consequences of the globalizing, world, and as these exists a minority group of Turkish people in the social structure of this geography. A study plan is arranged so that an analysis may be carried out into the social structure of the said area, and especially into the state of the Turkish minority within it. The objective is to perform a social structure and cultural identity analysis in overall Kosovo using Prizren and Mamusha as sample areas. In addition, analyzing the social structures of some Kuman Turkish clans called Gorali and Torbesh (Türkbaş) in Kosovo constitutes another reason for this study. This study is so set up around a work strategy that it may ascertain the ethnic groups in Kosovo, the level of interaction between such groups, the impact of the recent warfare on them, as well as the position of the Turkish minority within the social structure and its interaction with and influence on the other groups and that it may resolve the attitudes, approaches and positions of the ethnic groups on Kosovo related issues in the current circumstances. In order to gain access to the data required for make resolutions in this respect, attempts were made to collect data by employing survey, participatory observation and interview techniques as the ones used in field research. This study is also intended, in particular, for a determination, on the scale of Kosovo, of any unfavorable approaches of the Balkan peoples and states towards the Turkish identity and culture and of the projects put into practice by the same peoples and states in an attempt to eradicate the Turkish identity and culture.
