VII HIZLI SANAYİ GELİŞMELERİNDE YERLEŞME DESENİ SORUNLARI VE BOZÜYÜK (BİLECİK), GEMLİK (BURSA) ÖRNEKLERİNDE İRDELENMESİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Şakir BİTMEZ GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ocak 1990 ÖZ Dünyada özellikle son yıllarda en çok tartışılan konulardan birisi çevre sorunları olmaktadır. Gelişme yolunda gerekli yapısal dönüşümleri gerçekleştirememiş olan Türkiye ve diğer az gelişmiş, ya da gelişmekte o- lan ülkelerde ise, sanayileşmenin hızlı bir gelişme gös termek zorunluluğu, konunun hassasiyetini artırmakta ve sorunun oldukça güncel hale gelmesine yol açmaktadır. Bu noktada, ülkesel kaynakların ve yerleşme deseninin akılcı bir kullanımı ve bu doğrultuda düzenlemeler ya pılması gereği ortaya çıkmaktadır. İşte bu çalışmada, hızlı sanayi gelişmelerinin yerleşme desenine etkileri irdelenerek, söz konusu sorunlara çeşitli açılardan yak laşılmaya çalışılmaktadır. Bu bağlamda öncelikle, yer leşme ve yerleşme deseni ile sanayi ve sanayileşme ta nımlanmış ve yapısal gelişmeleri incelenmiştir. Bu bil giler ışığında sanayinin yer seçimi, tüm verileri ve ni telikleriyle, çeşitli kuramlar doğrultusunda ele alına rak belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Bu yapılırken de, yer leşme deseni üzerindeki tüm beşeri etkinliklerin, kul lanıcısı toplum ve insanla olan ilişkilerinin ortaya konması gerekmiştir. Bu durumu, sanayinin yerleşme de senine etkileri araştırılarak, Dünyadaki ve Türkiye'de ki yansımanın irdelenmesi ve mekan daraltılarak, Gemlik ve Bozüyük ilçelerindeki gelişmelerin yakalanmaya çalı şılması takip etmiştir.

ZAT ION DEVELOPMENTS AND STUDYING THEREOF ON BOZÜYÜK (BİLECİK) AND GEMLİK (BURSA) SAMPLES (Master of Science Thesis) Şakir BİTMEZ GAZİ UNIVARSITY INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January 199 0 ABSTRACT One of the most discussed subjects in the world in recent years is the environmental problems. In less developed countries, developing countries and Turkey where the necessary structural transformations could not have been realized, the need of rapid industrialization increases the significance of the subject. At this point, the rational utilization of territorial resources ant settlement pattern comes into agenda. In this study the effects of rapid industrialization to the settlement pattern is examined, and it is tried to approach the said problems from various aspects. In this context, the settlement and settlement pattern are determined firstly together with the industry and industrialization terms, then the structural transformation is studied. On the basis of these information, it is tried to determine the selection of location of industry together with the complete data and qualities thereof with reference to the various hypotheses. While doing this, it became necessary to put forward the relations between society and human, and all human activities thereof upon the settlement pattern. The effects of industry to the settlement pattern is investigated and this is followed by the study of the reflection thereof in the world and in Turkey and by studying Gemlik and Büyük cases, it is tried to grasp the developmens in these subprovinces.
