ÖZET İKİ BİTKİ AKTİVATÖRÜNÜN PATATESTE (Solanımı tuberosum L.) BAZI TARIMSAL ÖZELLİKLER ÜZERİNE ETKİLERİ KOCA,Yakup Onur Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Tarla Bitkileri Bolumu Tez Yöneticisi : Prof. Dr. Metin B. Yıldırım Patates tarımında Bitki aktivatörlerinin etkisini araştırmak amacıyla 3 patates çeşidi ( Nif, Marabel, Concorde) Bozdağ deneme tarlasında 2002 yılı yaz döneminde yetiştirilerek 2 bitki aktivatörü (Crop-Set, ISR- 2000) 2 farklı dozda uygulanmıştır. Dİ doza kontrol olup bu parsellerde bitkilere hiç bitki aktivatörü uygulanmamıştır. D2 (normal) dozunda ise 60 ml/da Crop-set ve 30 ml/da ISR-2000 ; D3 (yüksek) dozunda ise 120 ml/da Crop-Set ve 60 ml/da ISR-2000 çiçeklerime döneminde uygulanmıştır. Çalışmada parsel verimi, bitki boyu, yaprak sayısı, yaprak eni, yaprak boyu ve yumru boyutları ölçülmüştür. Özellikler için en yüksek ortalamaları normal doz vermiştir. Normal doz uygulamasında parsel verimi %26 ve yüksek doz uygulamasında % 8 artış göstermiştir. Aynı şekilde 50 mm'den büyük yumru veriminde normal dozda %86'lık bir artış göstermiştir. Bitki boyuVI ise normal dozda %16 artmıştır. Yaprak sayısı yine aynı dozda % 33 artmıştır. İncelenen 3 patates çeşidinde de normal (60ml/da Crop-Set 30 ml/da ISR-2000) doz tavsiye edilebilir düzeyde bulunmuştur.

vn ABSTRACT THE EFFECTS OF TWO PLANT ACTIVATORS ON THE CERTAIN AGRONOMICAL TRAITS DSf POTATOES (Solammt tuberosum L.) KOCA,Yakup Onur Master of Science, Department of Field Crops Supervisior : Prof. Dr. Metin B. Yıldırım The effects of two plant activators on the certain agronomical traits in potato production were investigated. Three varieties, Nif, Marabel, Concorde were grown in a Randomized Complete Blocks with 3 replication at Bozdağ, İzmir in summer growing season of 2002. Three doses of combination of two activators were used as following treatments; Dl: control(without application) and D2 (normal dose): 60 ml/da crop- set and 30 ml/da ISR-2000 and D3 (higher dose): 120 isi/da Crop- set and 60 ml/da ISR-2000 were applied during flowering. The yield per plot, plant height, the number of leaf, leaf width, leaf height and tuber size were measured. The normal dose had the highest means amongst all the traits studied. The tuber yield per plot showed an increase of 26 % at the normal dose and 8 % at the high dose, respectively. Similarly, the tuber yield higher than 50 mm had an increase of 86 % at the normal dose. Plant height and the number of leaf have shown the increases of 16 %vm and 33 % at the normal dose respectively. The normal dose(D2) also appeared to be applicable on the three varieties studies.
