Özet

'Ol-W Ş.ERDO?ANÖZET Eğitimin bir alt sistemi olan ve eğitimle iç içe olan öğretim sürecinin başarılı, planlı, programlı ve amaçlara uygun olarak gerçekleştirilmesi hem bireyin hem de içinde yaşadığımız toplumun gelişme sinde büyük bir yarar saklayacaktır. Bugün eğitimciler, eğitimin sadece okullarda değil, her yaşta ve her yerde sağlıklı bir biçimde uygulanması gerekliliğinde fikir birliği içindedir. Artık eğitin sadece okulda yürütülen bir süreç değil, aynı zamanda yaşam boyu devam eden bir süreç olmuştur. Bunun yanında çağın getirdiği sosyal, kültürel, ekonomik ve teknolojik gelişmeler ilgi ve yetenek.-düzeyinin yükselmesini zorunlu kılmaktadır. Bireyin bu gelişmelere ayak uydurması, kendini yenilemesi ve yeni bilgilerin öğrenilmesi“hizmet içi eğitim”sürecinin uygulanmasını gerektirmektedir. SUMMARY Carrying out an instructional process which is a subystem of and is constricted with.education successfully, planned, programmed and appropriately to the goals will provide both an individual and society in which we live with a geat utility*. In our present day, all the instructors agree that the education should be applied not only in schools, but also everywhere and for everyone in an appropriate way. Today, education is not only a process given in schools, but also is a process which continues life long. Beside this, the tecnological, social and cultural developments which are all the results of our present age make in necessary that the level of interest and ability should be increased. The necessity that individuals should follow these developments, and renew themselves and sould learn new knowledges necessitate the application of“in service training”process. This study has been done in order to evaluate the efficiencies of instructors in teaching and learning processes.
