Özet

ÖZET Eğitim önemi ve gerekliliği tartışmasız kabul görür. Tüm toplumlarda eğitim ön planda tutulan problemleri üzerinde çalışılarak acilen çözüm yollarına gidilen, i- sürekli yenileştirme ve geliştirme çabalarında bulunulan, her türlü (sosyo-ekonomik, teknik) gelişmeden nasibini alan bir platform olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Eğitim insan yaşamında uzun zamana yayılmış bir süreçtir. Toplumların gelişmesi ancak eğitim ile mümkündür. Gelişmiş toplumları incelediğimizde, aslında onların çok iyi organize edilmiş bir eğitim sistemine sahip olduklarını görmekteyiz. Eğitimi sadece okullarla sınırlı tutmak günümüz eğitim anlayışına ters düşmektedir. Buradan hareketle eğitimi tüm elverişli ortamlarda yaşatmak ve bu bilinçle hareket etmek gerçeği doğmaktadır. Müzeler mevcut ortamları ve yüklendikleri misyon ile ideal bir eğitim ortamı olma özelliğine sahiptir. Müzeler eskiden eğitim rollerini dar bir çerçevede düzenledikleri etkinliklerle gerçekleştirirken, aslında kendilerinin gerçekten bir eğitim kurumu olduklarının farkında değillerdi. Günümüz çağdaş müzeleri eğitim rollerinin farkına vararak bu yönde önemli çalışmalarla topluma daha çok katkıda bulunmaktadır. Müzelerde okullar gibi eğitim etkinliklerini planlarken belli bir program hazırlayarak, bu program dahilinde çalışırlar. Müze içinde uygulanacağı gruba göre ayrı ayrı tasarlanarak uygulamaya geçirilir. Programın ne derece başarıya ulaştığı ise değerlendirme ile saptanır. Tüm bu etkinlikler müzede müze eğitimcileri tarafından gerçekleştirilmektedir. En önemli görevleri müzede programlı eğitim etkinliklerini düzenlemektedir. Müze eğitimcileri; müzecilik ile ilgili alanların eğitimi yanında birde pedagojik formasyon eğitim almış olmalıdırlar. Böylece ziyaretçilerin müzeden, daha etkili ve verimli bir şekilde faydalanarak ayrılması sağlanacaktır. Böylece müze ziyaretçi sayısı da aratacaktır.

ABSTRACT Importance and necessity of education are indisputably accepted. In all societies education comes to be a platform which is taken as highest priority, for which solution methods are sought by working on it, where continuous renovation and development activities take place and which receives its share from any type of (socioeconomic, technical) developments. Education is a process which is spread over a long period of time throughout human life. Development of the societies is only possible by means of education. When we scrutinize the developed societies, we see they actually have a well organized education system. It is contrary to current educational understanding to restrict the education only to schools. Given these facts, it is a reality and necessity to have the education experienced in every suitable settings and to act in accordance with this mentality. The museums are ideal educational setting with their current ambience and the mission they assume. While the museums previously realized their educational roles with their activities they organized within a narrow scope, they are actually unaware of their being an educational institution. Contemporary museums of today are aware of their educational role and make more contribution to their society by means of their important activities to this end. Museums, while planning their educational activities, prepare a certain program, just as done by the schools, and act in accordance with this program. This program is separately designed for each group to which the education shall be provided, and implemented. The extent of success of the program is determined by means of evaluation. IllAll these activities are carried out by the museum instructors. Their most important activity is to organize programmed educational activities in the museum. Museum instructors must receive pedagogic formation education in addition to their museum education. Thus, it shall be ensured that the visitors shall benefit from the museum in a more effective and efficient way, thereby number of visitors shall increase. In order to provide the desired quality education in the museums, it is also important that the museum is also competent with regard to educational possibility. It is wrong to mention about quality education in such museums which are inadequate with regard to tools - equipment and personnel. In order to interpret results of the research carried out, percentage, frequency, One Way Anova (Chinese single factor variance analysis for uncorrelated samples) and arithmetic mean are used. In accordance with the results of the analysis, it is determined that educational facilities of Ankara museums (with regard to tools-equipment and personnel) are inadequate. It is observed that there is no significant relationship between the museum types and educational facilities. IV
