ANKARA İLİ MESLEKİ EĞİTİM MERKEZ' LERİNDE EĞİTİMİN NİTELİĞİNİ ETKİLEYEN PROBLEMLERİN ANALİZİ VE ÇÖZÜM ÖNERİLERİ (Yüksek Lisans Tezi) Cengiz HERGÜN GAZİ ÜNİVERSİTESİ FEN BİLİMLERİ ENSTİTÜSÜ Ocak 2003 ÖZET Çıraklık eğitimi, ilköğretimi bitirip bir üst öğrenime devam edemeyen veya çeşitli sebeplerle örgün eğitim dışında kalan ortaöğrenim çağındaki, yaklaşık 14-18 yaş grubundaki gençlerin eğitimini kapsamaktadır. Bu eğitim temel eğitimlerini tamamlamış gerçek iş ortamında fiilen çalışarak meslek öğrenmek isteyen gençlerimizin, teorik ve pratik mesleki eğitimlerinin bir programa göre yapılmasını sağlayarak, onları ülkenin ihtiyaç duyduğu becerili iş gücü haline getirmektedir. Çalışan gençliğin teorik eğitim aldığı, Ankara ilindeki Mesleki Eğitim Merkezlerinde, eğitimin niteliğini etkileyen problemlerin analizi ve çözüm önerileri geliştirmek bu araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Araştırma Ankara ilinde gerçekleştirilmiştir. Veri toplama aracı olarak anket yöntemi seçilmiş, öğretmen ve yönetici anketi hazırlanmış ve 2001-2002 eğitim öğretim döneminde, Ankara ili Mesleki Eğitim Merkezlerinde, görevli yönetici ve öğretmenlere uygulanmıştır. Veriler bilgisayar ortamında, aritmetik ortalama, yüzde, standart sapma ve manidarlık için t testi ile değerlendirilmiştir. Mesleki Eğitim Merkezlerinde eğitimin niteliğini etkileyen problemler; müfredat, mevzuat, rehberlik ve yönlendirme, personel ve öğretmen, yatırım ve donatım, denetim yetersizliği, başlıkları altında belirlenmiş, belirlenen bu problemlere çözüm önerileri getirilmiştir.Bilim Kodu :626. 10.00

Ill THE ANALYSIS AND THE SUGGESTIONS OF THE POSITION OF EDUCATION'S STATUS OF TECHNICAL SCHOOLS IN ANKARA (M. Sc. Thesis) Cengiz HERGÜN GAZI UNIVERSITY THE INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY January 2003 ABSTRACT The apprenticeship is comprise the education of youth between the ages 14 - 18 who cannot go to school after primary school or outside education for any other reasons. This type of education yields skilled labour force to feel the need for country on the circumstances of the youth who want to learn a business by working personally in real services by supplying the education of teorical and practical ways of their occupation according to a programme. The aim of this study is the analysis and the suggestions of solutions of the problems that effects of education's status in the Profession Education Centres of Ankara where the teorical education given to the youth. The research made in Ankara. Public survey system choose», the instructor and the student accustomed the survey and in the 2001 - 2002 educational year, this was carried out to the teachers and administrators of Technical Schools in Ankara. The Data evaluated in the system of a computer with arithmetical avarage, standardized irregularity and T test for the obstacle. The problems of which effects the quality of education are determined the headings of curriculum, subject under discussion, guidance and orientate, personnel and teachers, investment and rigging, insufficiency; and suggestions about solutions to these problems.
