Özet
ÖZET Bu tezde Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı Eğitim Teknolojileri Genel Müdürlüğü tararından hazırlanmış olan İlköğretim 4 ve5.sınıf Sosyal Bilgiler ders yazılımlarının, öğretme-öğrenme ortamlarında işe koşulmaları ile ilgili olarak uzman görüşleri irdelenmiştir. Araştırma kapsamında aşağıdaki çalışmalar yapılmıştır: a - Ders Yazılımı İnceleme Formu ve Odak Grup Görüşmesi kullanılarak yazılımların genel, kullanım, hedef, içerik ve değerlendirme özellikleri ile öğretme-öğrenme strateji yöntem ve teknik özelliklerini yansıtan uzman görüşleri alınmıştır. b - Yukarıda bahsedilen araçlarla elde edilen bilgiler ışığında, söz konusu ders yazılımlarının eğitim alanında uygulanabilirliği değerlendirilmiştir. Bu çalışma sonrasında ulaşılan bulgular şunlardır: 1. Yazılımların, her iki sınıfa ait“İçerikle ilgili Özellikleri”ile 4.sınıf“Hedef Özellikleri”nin uzmanlar tarafından“Kısmen”ve“Hayır”boyutlarında anlam bulduğu; bu bağlamda eğitim ortamında kullanılsalar da çok da yararlı olamayacağı söylenebilir. 2. Uzmanlara göre yazılımların;“Genel, Kullanım, Hedef, Değerlendirme, öğretme-öğrenme Strateji, Yöntem ve Teknik Özellikleri”ile öğretme-öğrenme ortamında kullanılmaya elverişli olmadığı söylenebilir. Çalışmanın öneriler bölümünde öğretme-öğrenme durumlarında kullanılabilecek yazılımların özellikleri belirtilmiştir. Aynı zamanda bir ders yazılımının hazırlanmasında konu alan uzmanı, bilgisayar uzmanı, eğitim uzmanı, grafîker gibi elamanların işbirliği içinde olması gerektiği önerisinde bulunulmuştur.

SUMMARY This thesis seeks to analyze the very feasibility of the course software prepared by the General Directory of the Ministry of Education for the 4th and 5th class Social Science courses for the educational puposes. The working method while analyzing the software is as follows: a - The evaluations of the specialists relating the general features, using features, targets, contents, and teaching and learning strategies and techniques of the software is taken via two interrelated forms, one of them is being 'Focal Group Interview'(FGI) and the other ' the Course Software Research Form' (CSRF)which is created by the author of the thesis. b - In the light of the data collected through the two forms [(FGT) and (CSRF)], the feasibility of the course software in educational purposes is examined. The main assumptions of the thesis which is attained during the study are the following: 1. Since the part of the course software titled“Content Features”for both class and the part titled“Target Features”for 4th class students is evaluated by the specialists as 'partly' or 'no', it can be said that in that context these softwares may not be usefull in case these are used in educational purposes. 2. After taking the specialist' evaluations into consideration, it can be said that the general features, the using features, the target features, and evalutional features together with its teaching learning strategies and its Methodological features of the software may not be suitable for educational purposes. In the part of this study titled Suggestions, the features of the software which can be used in learning-teaching process is explained. Also in this part of the study it is suggested that in preparing a course software the issue-area specialists, the computer specialists, the education specialists, and drawing specialists must work together
