ÖZET Yüksek Lisans Tezi MOBİL SANTRALLERDE PERFORMANS ANALİZİ MEHMET AKİF ERGENÇ Anadolu Üniversitesi Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsü Elektrik-Elcktronik Ana Bilini Dalı Danışman: Yrd. Doç. Dr. Doğan Gökhan ECE 2003, 59 sayfa Bu çalışmada, ülkemizde enerji açığının kapatılması amacı ile kurulmuş ve tartışma konusu olmuş mobil santrallerin nasıl ortaya çıktığı, özelleştirme modellerindeki yeri, kuruluş amaçlarının neler okluğu, bu tip enerji santrallerinin yapısı, işleyişi ve performans analizi gibi konular üzerinde durulmaktadır. Bu analizler sonucunda santral içi ünitelerin birim yakıt tüketimleri, yakıt tüketiminin birim enerji maliyeti üzerindeki etkileri ve bu tüketimin düşürülebilmesi için yapılması gereken çalışmalar anlatılmaktadır. Özellikle mobil enerji santralinde verim ve birim enerji maliyet formülkrinin nasıl çıkarıldığı ve çıkarılan bu formüllerin faaliyette olan bir enerji santrali üzerindeki uygulamaları, yapılan uygulama sonucunda elde edilen verilerin nasıl tablolaştırıldığı, elde edilen bu verilerin diğer enerji üretim modellerinden alman verilerle karşılaştırılması, üretilen enerji birim fiyatının ülke enerji birim fiyatı Se karşılaştırılarak elde edilen bu değerlerin ülke enerji birim fiyatı üzerindeki etkileri incelenmektedir. Bu çalışma sonucunda, mobil elektrik enerjisi üretim santrallerinin ülke enerji sistemi içerisinde daha verimli ve de daha etkin çalıştırılabilme yöntemleri üzerinde durulmakta, önümüzdeki dönemlerde mobil santrallerden daha farklı şekillerde yararlanabilme yöntemleri anlatılmaktadır.

ABSTRACT Master of Sicience Project PERFORMANCE ANALYSİS Of MOBİL POWER PLANTS MEHMET AKİF ERGENÇ Anadohl University Graduate School of Natural And Applied Sciences Electical and Electronics Engineering Program Supervisor : Assistant Professor Doğan Gökhan ECE 2003, 59 pages In this Project give us some information about the mobil power plants which are set up because of production of energy. These power plants help for the completion of energy which is needed, and also there are some interesting explanation abaut these mobil power plants, I am going to explain how they are creaded. My studying tell us what is the main duty for the building of them. I am going to explain some information about the mobil power plants. The structure, function and performance analysis are some of them. At the result of analysis; I am going to explain the exhaustion of the unit fuel at the unity of power plants, what is the effect of the fuel exhaution on the cost of the unit energy and also I am going to explain what is the way for decreasing these exhaustion and give some information to understant this subject easily. At first; the out put at the mobil power plants what are the formules of the cost of the unit energy, and then the applications of these formules on the power plants which have been already working will be explained. As aresult of these practises, how we can table these datas and I comparison of these datas with another datas which have been taken by the models of the energy productive be explained. The comparison of the unit cost of the energy with the unit cost of the energy in our country and the influences of these values on the unit cost of the energy in our country are being researched As a result of this studying; more information will be given about these mobil power plants to study more efficiently and more productive in the energy system of our country. Also at this Project how these power plants can be used more efficiently at the present will be explained.
