Özet
ÖZET Gelişmekte olan ülkeler içerisinde yer alan Türkiye, son 20 yıldır yaşadığı krizlerle, ekonomik değişimlerin fazlasıyla gözlendiği bir ülke olmuştur. Ülkemizde sermaye piyasası yeterince gelişmiş bir piyasa olmamakla birlikte son 10 yıldır şirketlerin ve tasarruf sahiplerinin yöneldiği bir piyasa olmuştur. Bu piyasada yer alan menkul kıymetler, özellikle hisse senetleri, ekonomik faktörlerde meydana gelen değişimlerden etkilenmektedir. Bu çalışmada ekonomik göstergelerin, hisse senetlerinin analizindeki önemi ve yarattığı değişimin derecesi ve yönü belirlenmeye çalışılmıştır. Perakende sektörünün lider kuruluşlarından Migros'un kriz öncesi ve kriz dönemi hisse senetlerinin değişiminin analizi sonucunda, temel analizin geniş kapsamlı ve bilgilendirici olduğu belirlenmiştir. Bu sonuç, ekonomik dalgalanmaların sıklıkla yaşandğı ülkemizde hisse senetlerinin analizinde temel analizin yani ekonomik faktörlerin, sektörün ve firmanın analizinin önemini ve gereğini ortaya koymaktadır.

ABSTRACT Turkey that takes place in the developing countries has been a country where it had been observed the economical changes with the crisis it has been through during the past 20 years. In our country, capital markets being not sufficiently developed, on the other hand has been a market that companies and savers had been directed towards during the last 10 years. Securities, especially the stocks have been affected by the changes in the economic factors. In this study, it's been tried to determine the importance of the economic indicators on the analysis of the stocks, and the degree and the direction of change it has created on the stocks. As a result of the analysis that has been done on the stocks of Migros which is one of the leader companies in the retail sector, both before the crisis and during the crisis, it has been determined that the basic analysis is both comprehensive and informative. This result shows the importance of basic analysis on the stocks which is the analysis of economic factors, the sector and the company itself, in our country where economic fluctuations often takes place.
