Özet
Bu çalışmada, ülkemizdeki ahşap yapı uygulamaları ile ahşap yapı sektörünün analiz edilmesine ilişkin değerler belirlenerek, gelişen teknolojiye uyum yönünde yapılabilecek çalışmalar ile yatırım durumları incelenmiş, sektörün sorunları değerlendirilerek çözüm önerileri getirilmeye çalışılmıştır. Ahşap yapı sektörü ticari sınıflama içerisinde 94 06.00.10.00.00 GTİP numarası ile tarif edilmektedir. Sektörde 59 özel ve bir devlet kuruluşu faaliyet göstermektedir. Kapasite kullanım oranı oldukça düşüktür. Üretim teknolojisi yönünden bir eksiklik görülmezken, standartlar kapsamında eksiklikler mevcuttur. Üretim miktarı değişken bir gelişim göstermiş, son dönem ahşap yapı üretim maliyetleri genel bina inşaat maliyetlerine oranla düşük gerçekleşmiştir. Dış ticaret dengesi sürekli eksi değer sergilemektedir. Uzmanlaşma katsayısı yüksek, ithalatın iç talep içerisindeki oranı ihmal edilebilir düzeydedir. Sektörün sorunları üretim sürecine ve talep eksikliğine bağlıdır. İlişkide olunan sektörlerle ilgili bir sorun gözükmemektedir. Sektörde var olan üretim kapasitesi ve teknoloji ile geleceğe yönelik beklentilerin sürekli artmakta olduğu söylenebilir. Bilim Kodu : 626 27 01

In this study, criteria as to practice of wood construction in our country and the analysis of the wood construction sector have been estimated, and efforts to keep up with advancing technology and the investment conditions of the sector have been examined, and after evaluating the problems of the sector, some solution suggestions have been put forward. Wood construction sector is defined with customs reference number 94 06.00.10.00.00 in trade classification. There are 59 private and one state company acting in this sector. Rate of capacity usage is rather law. While no deficiencies as to production technolgy have been observed, some deficiencies as to keeping up to standards have been estimated. Production volume has been established to be various, and when compared to common building construction cost, recent wood construction production cost has been found to be comperatively low. Foreign trade balance has displayed a stable negative value. Although specialization coefficient is high and the ratio of import with regard to meeting domestic need is at an ignorable level. The problems of the sector can be attributed to long production time and lack of demand. There seems to be no major problem as to this sector. It can be said that.with the present production capacity and technology, future expectation of the sector is on a continuous increase. Science Code : 626 27 01
