Özet
Bu çalışmada, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı tarafından yayınlanan ve Çocuk Edebiyatı Dizisi içinde yer alan çocuk kitapları incelenmiş ve bu eserlerin çocuklar için uygunluğu değerlendirilmiştir. Söz konusu eserlerin çocuklara neler kazandırabileceği, çocukların seviyesine ilgi ve ihtiyaçlarına ne ölçüde seslendiği, çocuk eserlerinde bulunması gereken vasıflara cevap verip veremediği gibi konuların değerlendirilmesi yapılmıştır. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı, Çocuk Edebiyatı Dizisinde yayınlanan kitaplar,“çocuğa görelik”açısından inceledikten sonra eserlerde kullanılan kahramanlar, bu kahramanların kişilik özelliklerinin çocuğu nasıl etkileyebileceğinin tahlili yapılmıştır. Bunların dışında sanatçının eserini meydana getirirken kullandığı dil ve anlatım özellikleri, seçtiği sözcükler Ye cümle yapılan da dikkate alınmıştır. Ayrıca eser içinde varsa resimlerin de eleştirisine yer verilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda yürütülen çalışmanın sonucunda, Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı gibi önemli bir kurum tarafından yayımlanan çocuklara yönelik kitaplarda pek çok eksiklik ya da hata olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Konu bakımından çocukların yaşma ve ilgilerine seslenemeyen eserlerin yanı sıra, anlatım özellikleriyle de çocuklara ağır gelebilecek kitaplar bulunmaktadır. Çocuğun seviyesinin üstündeki karmaşık bir anlatım bazı kitapların önemli hataları olarak dikkat çekmektedir. Çocuk kitaplarında olmaması gereken pek çok imlâ, noktalama ve baskı hatasına da rastlanmaktadır. Aynı yanlışlar çeviri eserlerde de yapılmış, basımda özensiz kitaplar meydana getirilmiştir. Diğer yayın kuruluşlarına örnek olması ve kaynak teşkil etmesi gereken Millî Eğitim Bakanlığının yayımlamış olduğu çocuk kitaplarında dil, imlâ, anlatım bakımından olduğu kadar, görsellik yönünden de bazı yetersizlikler bulunmaktadır.

In this study, it was investigated the child books taken a place in the literature for children series and published by The Ministry of National Education and it was appreciated the conformity of these works for the children. It was made an appraisal as the subjects what these works can give the children, how they provide the levels of the children, their interests and needs, if they answer to the characters which are necessary in the works for children. It was analyzed how the child can be affected the personality characters of these heroes, the heroes who were used in the works, after it was made a subject investigation in the way of making anxious the child, being found the answers the problems of the child, being arrived the inner life of the child, being talked to the child of these works which published in The Literature for The Children Series of The Ministry of National Education. In the exterior of them, it was also noticed the sentence structures and words which he choose, and used the language and expression features while the artist realises his work. In addition it was given a place the critic of the pictures even if it is present in the work. At the end of the study being made at this point it was determinet a lot of lacks and mistakes in the books directed to the children which published buy an important association as The Ministry of National Education. There are the books wihch are difficult for the children also with the expression features together with the works which don't address to the age and interests of the children from the point of view of the subject A complex meaning, upper level of the children, notices as the important mistakes of some books. It is also met the spelling, punctuation and press mistake wihch mustn't be in the books for children. The some mistakes were made in the translation works, it was revealed the books being careless in press. There are insufficiencies not only expression but also from the point of visuality and language spelling in the children books which published by the Ministry of National Education which is necessary to be a sample and source to the other edition foundations.
