Özet
ÖZ Bu araştırmada Kur'ân'da liderlik ve liderlerin toplumlar üzerindeki etkisi ele alınmıştır. Giriş kısmında lider ve liderliğin tanımı, lider tipleri, liderin fonksiyonları ve özellikleri sosyolojik açıdan incelenmiştir. Birinci bölümde; Kur'ân'da yer alan liderlikle ilgisi bulunan kavramlar ele alınmıştır. Daha sonra liderin olumlu ve olumsuz özellikleri ve görevlerinin neler olduğu incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, olumlu ve olumsuz liderlerle ilgili örnek verilerek Kur'ân'daki lider tipleri açıklanmıştır. Üçüncü bölümde ise liderlerin toplumlar üzerindeki olumlu ve olumsuz etkileri Kur'ân'dan örneklerle ortaya konmaya çalışılmıştır. Toplumla lider arasındaki etkileşim ve iletişim ele alınmışta. Araştırmamızda Kur'ân'da yer alan lider şahsiyetler ve bunların davranışlarından hareket ederek sonuçlara gidilmeye çalışılmıştır. Peygamberler ve bunların karşılarında bulunan kimselerin övülen ve yerilen davranışları ele alınmıştır. Bu kimselere yapılması veya yapılmaması yönünde verilen emir ve yasaklar dikkate alınarak sonuçlara varılmıştır. III

ABSTRACT In this study the leadership in Quran and the impact of the leaders on the societies are analyzed. In the introduction part the definition of leader and the leadership, types of leaders, and the functions of the leader and their characteristics are studied in terms of sociology. In the part one; the concepts that are related to the leadership included in Quran are considered. Then the bad and good aspects of the leader are studied including their duties and missions all together. In the second part, the leadership prescribed in the Quran is described giving samples about the bad and good leaders. In the third part, it was attempted to reveal the bad and good effects of the leaders on the societies having giving examples from the glorious Quran., the interaction and communication between the society and leader is considered. In our study, it was endeavored to achieve the conclusions through induction, starting from the personalities with the leadership property and their behaviors that are included in the glorious Quran. The prophets and the glorified and criticized behaviors of other people standing against them are considered., the conclusions were achieved through the induction from the orders and prohibitions set forth for such people as to what must be done or what must not be done to such people in this regard. *Dûzeltildi.
