Özet
Anadolu kökenli, serbest duran ve mimariye bağlı plastik ile adak stelleri üzerinde görülen ve günümüzde müzelerde sergilenen ya da yayınlardan ulaşılmış Apollon betimlerinin derlendiği bu tezde amaç, tanrının tasvir tiplerini değerlendirmektir. T.C. Kültür Bakanlığı'nın çalışma iznini 10 müze ile sınırlaması ve sadece 8 müzenin belgelemeye onay vermesi, araştırmayı zorunlu olarak kısıtlamıştır. Derlenebilen eserlere ilişkin bilgiler, fotoğraflarla kataloglanmıştır. Gerçek Apollon tiplerinin belirlenmesinde, her genç erkek figürünün genelde Apollon olarak adlandırılması nedeni ile sorunlar ortaya çıkmıştır. Tezdeki verilerin sonucuna göre, Anadolu'da, ışık ve bilici tanrı vasıflarıyla ön plana çıkan Apollon, en fazla çıplak/giyimli Kitharoidos ile Daphnephoros tiplerinde, Hellenistik Çağ ve Roma Çağı'nda betimlenmiştir.

The aim of this thesis, in which free standing and architectural sculptures, and votive stel demonstrations of Apollon are compiled from the museum exhibitions and publications, is to appraise the representation types of the god Apollon. The limitation of the permitted museums with a number of 10 by the Ministery of Culture and the approval of only 8 museums for the documentation, brought an obligatory restriction to the research. The informations related with the compiled works of art are presented with their photos by a catalogue. Classification of every young male figure as Apollon reveals problems in the classification of real Apollon types. As a result of the datum of thesis, Apollon which comes out with the characterization of light and oracle in Anatolia, mostly represented with naked/dressed Kitharoidos and Daphnephoros types in Hellenistic and Roman periods
