ÖZET Doktora Tezi SPİRO-, ANSA- VE SPİRO-ANSA FOSFAZEN TÜREVLERİNİN SENTEZİ VE YAPILARININ İNCELENMESİ Hakan DAL Ankara Üniversitesi Fen bilimleri Enstitüsü Kimya Anabilim Dalı Danışman : Prof. Dr. Zeynel KILIÇ Bu çalışmada, formaldehit ve 4-nitrofenol sülfürik asit ortamında 125 °C ta reaksiyona sokuldu. Oluşan ürün, % 4 (m/V) 'lük NaOH ile çözülüp daha sonra seyreltik HC1 de metilenbis(4-nitrofenol) (1) çöktürüldü. Bileşik (.1) NaH ile benzen ortamında reaksiyona sokuldu ve difenolat tuzu olan bileşik sodyum[2,2'-metilenbis(4- nitrofenolat)] (2) elde edildi. Bileşik (2)'nin trimer,N3P3Cİ6, ile asetonitril ve THF ortamında ayrı ayrı reaksiyonları gerçekleştirildi. Bu reaksiyonlar sonucunda ansa-, spiro- ve ansa-spiro türü fosfazen bileşikleri (3,4 ve 5) sentezlendi. Ayrıca bileşik (2)'nin tetramer,NıP4Cİ8, ile asetonitril ortamında olan reaksiyonunda ansa(6), N3P3(Ph)2CU ile etkileştirilmesinden cis-ansa (7) fosfazen türevleri sentezlendi. Sentezlenen bileşiklerin yapılan element analizi, IR.'H-^C- ve 31P-NMR spektrumları verilerinden faydalanılarak aydınlatıldı. Cis-ansa- (3), cis-ansa-spiro (4) ve cis-ansa (7) fosfazenlerin yapıları X-ışınlan kristallografisi yöntemi ile belirlendi. 2002, 100 sayfa

ABSTRACT Ph.D. Thesis SYNTHESIS AND THE STRUCTURAL INVESTIGATION OF SPIRO-, ANSA- AND SPIRO-ANSA PHOSPHAZENE DERIVATIVES Hakan DAL University of Ankara Graduate School of Natural and Applied Sciences Department of Chemistry Supervisor: ProfJDr.Zeynel KILIÇ In this study, the reaction of 4-nitrophenol with formaldehyde was carried out in H2SO4 at 125 °C. The preciptate formed was, then, dissolved in 4% NaOH (m/V) and methylene bis(4-nitrophenol) (1) was preciptated in dilute HC1. The reaction of (1) with NaH gave sodium 2,2'-methylenebis (4-nitrophenolate) (2). The reaction of N3P3CU with compound (2) were investigated in MeCN and THF, respectively, and the ansa-, spiro-, and spiro-ansa phosphazene derivatives (3,4 and 5) were synthesized. In addition, the phosphazen derivatives ansa- (6) and cis-ansa- (7), were obtained from the reactions of compound (2) with N4P4CU and NîPsCPhfeCU, respectively. The structure of the compounds were elucidated on the basis of elemental analysis, FT- IR, 'H-, i3C-, and 3IP-NMR. In addition, the solid state structures of cis-ansa- (3), cis- ansa-spiro (4), and cis-ansa (7) phosphazene derivatives were investigated by X ray diffraction techniques. 2002,.100 pages
