Özet
ÖZET Ticari İşletme Rehni adlı çalışma giriş bölümünden sonra üç bölümde ele alınmıştır. Birinci bölümde, Ticari İşletme, Rehin Kavramı, Ticari İşletme Rehni Kavramının Gelişimi, Önemi ve Hukuki Niteliği üzerinde duruldu. İkinci bölüm Ticari İşletme Rehni Sözleşmesinin, Konusu Kapsamı, taraflar ve Ticari İşletme Rehni Sözleşmesinin Kurulması Konuları ele alındı. Üçüncü bölümde de, Ticari İşletme Rehni Sözleşmesinin Hükümleri ve Sona Ermesi Konusunda bilgi verilmiştir.

ABSTRACT This study, that is called as“Cooperation's Mortgage”is divided into three chapters, after the past of indroduction. In the first chapter the terms of Cooperation, Mortgage; the improvement of these terms, its importance and its qualification were studied. In the second chapter, the subject, sides, of the contract of Cooperation's Mortgage was studied. The third chapter contains the provisions and the ending of the contract of Cooperation's Mortgage.
