Özet
Kur'an-ı Kerîm' in anlaşılmasına yönelik değişik tefsir metotları kullanılmıştır. Bunlardan birisi de Konulu Tefsir metodu olup kısaca“tefsirde belli bir konuyu ele alıp incelemek”demektir. Konulu Tefsir' in bir türü de sûre çalışmasıdır. Dolayısıyla Burûc sûresi üzerine yaptığımız bu çalışma, Konulu Tefsir' e girer. Burûc sûresi, Mekke'nin ikinci merhalesinde nazil oldu. Bu, mü'minler açısından zor ve sıkıntılı bir döneme rastlar. Burûc sûresi, 22 âyetten oluşmaktadır. Sûre, kasem, tekit, kıssa ve ikna gibi üslûplar içerir. Bu üslûpların önemi sûrenin nazil olduğu ortam dikkate alındığında ortaya çıkacaktır. Ashâbu'l-Uhdûd kıssası, sûrede kısaca zikredilmiştir. Hâdisenin vuku bulduğu yer ve zaman konusunda ihtilaf vardır. Ancak meşhur görüşe göre hâdise, M. VI. yüzyılda Necran'da vuku bulmuştur. Kıssada katiller Yahûdilerdir; öldürülenler ise Hıristiyan mü'minlerdir. Burûc sûresinde mü'minler, cennetlerle müjdelenmekte ve sabretmeye da'vet edilmektedir. Yaptıkları işkencelerden tövbe etmeyen kâfirler ise, cehennem azabıyla tehdit edilmektedir. Burûc sûresinde Aziz, Hamîd ve Mecîd gibi Esmâ-i Hüsnâ'dan bazı vasıflar zikredilmiştir. Bunların birçoğu nüzul sırasına göre ilk defa bu sûrede gelmiştir. Bu vasıflar, sûrenin ana teması ile uygunluk göstermektedir. Kur'an'ın üzerinde durduğu gayelerden birisi, Kur'an'ın hakkaniyetini ortaya koymaktır. Burûc sûresinde bu gaye, açıkça zikredilmiştir; Kur'an her türlü tahriften yücedir ve kıyamete kadar da değişmeyecektir.

Different methods of commentary were used for understand The Holy Quran. One of these methods is topical commentary. This means that a known topic of Quran will be studied. One kind of topical commentary is study a sûra. İn this reason our study that on the sûra of Burûj is a topical commentary. The sûra of Burûj is revealed in the second stage of Mecca. This meets difficult and trouble period for believers. The sûra of Burûj is formed from 22 verses. The sûra include styles that like oath, confirmation, story, persuasion. Important of this style is understood when we realized environment of reveal this sûra. The story of Ashâbu'1-Uhdûd was mentioned shortly in the sûra. There is conflict about time and place of occur the event. But in the famous wiev the event was occurred in the Najrân on A.D. VI. Century. The killers were mentoined in the story are the Jews and the killeds are Christian believers. The believers are announced with paradises and called at patience in the sûra and the unbelievers that not turn from sin are threated with torment of Hell. The Most Beatiful Names like Exalted in Power (Aziz), Worthy of all Praise (Hamîd) and Glory (Mecîd) were mentioned in the sûra. A lot of these were came firstly as line of reveal in this sûra. These attributes show suitability with main theme for sûra. One purposes that The Quran take great care on him is put for ward truth of Quran. This purpose had mentioned openly in the sûra of Burûj. The Quran is exalted from every kind distortion and not changed to doomsday.
