Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı Kocaeli' nde bulunan orta öğretim kurumların öğrenci, öğretmen ve yöneticilerinin serbest zamanlarını değerlendirme tercihleri ve bu tercihler üzerinde sosyo-ekonomik yapılarının etkilerinin incelenmesidir. Veriler 6 lise ve 6 ilköğretim olmak üzere toplam 12 okulda öğrenim gören son sınıf öğrencilerinden 1815 kişiye liker türü geliştirilen ölçme aracı kullanılarak elde edilmiştir. Veriler Microsoft firmasının geliştirdiği Excel 7:0 paket programı ve SPSS 7,5 istatistik analiz programı kullanılarak Frequency, Ki-Kare ve Tukey yöntemleri ile analiz edilmiştir. Elde edilen sonuçlara göre öğrencilerin serbest zamanlarım değerlendirme tercihlerini sosyo-ekonomik parametrelerden gelir düzeyi ve aile birey sayısının etkilediği, bu etkinin ilköğretim ve liselerde benzer özellikler göstermesine rağmen tercihlerin cinsiyet ve yaşa göre değiştiği bulunmuştur. Bu değişikliğin yaşanılan çevrede bulunan sosyal ve kültürel tesislerden kaynaklandığı sonucuna varılmıştır.

ABSTRACT The purpose of this study is to research the leisure preferences and of the effect of the stuation of their social and economic factors at their preferences of the students, teachers and directors who are at secondery and high schools at Kocaeli. The dataes were collected by using the test which were devalopted according to the likert tecnikues at 1815 students from the last class studens of totally 12 schools which are 6 secondery schools and 6 high schools. Excell 7:0 which was devalopted by Microsoft packed companny and SPSS 7,5 statistick analising programme were used to analise the dataes by Frequency, Ki- squer and Tukey tecniques. According to results, leisure preferences of the students are being effected by the parameters of economic level and the number of individual at family and it were found out that in spide of the students at secondary and high schools shows similar property but preferences were effected by gender and age factors. It is also found out that the source of this effects are social and cultural facilities where the students live around them.
