Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmada Konya merkezde, ortaöğretim kurumlarında çalışan rehber öğ retmenlerin, branş öğretmenleriyle problemlere bakış açılarındaki farklar ve rehber öğretmenlerin iş doyumlarına okul problemlerinin etkisi araştırılmıştır. Araştırma tarama modeline uygun olarak yapılmıştır. Araştırma evrenini Konya merkezde, ortaöğretim kurumlarında çalışan rehber öğretmenler ve branş öğretmenleri oluşturmaktadır. Araştırmanın örneklemi, rehber öğretmeni bulunan ortaöğretim kurumlarından te sadüfi yöntemle seçilmiş 250 branş öğretmeni ve 25 rehber öğretmenden oluşmaktadır. Verilerin toplanmasında iş doyumu ölçeği ve problem tarama listesi kullanılmıştır. Verilerin analizinde aritmetik ortalamalar, varyanslar hesaplanmış, değişkenler arasındaki ilişki t-testi ve pairson momentler çarpımı korelasyon tekniği ile sulanmıştır. Okul problem puanı ile rehber uzmanların iş doyumu arasında anlamlı bir ilişki bulunmuştur. İlişkinin yönünün negatif olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Buna göre problemle rin daha yoğun gözlendiği okullarda rehber uzmanların iş doyumları daha düşüktür. Problemlerin daha az yoğun gözlendiği okullarda rehber uzmanların iş doyumları daha yüksektir. Ayrıca ortaöğretim kurumlarında yaşanan problemler ve problemlerin yoğunlu ğu konusunda branş öğretmenleri ile rehber uzmanlar arasında anlamlı görüş farklı lıkları bulunmuştur.

SUMMARY This investigation is about differences between the point of view (concerning the problem) of the guidance counselors (consultant teachers), and that working in junior high schools in central Konya and about the effect of school problems on“work satisfactions”of the guidance counselors. The investigation has been made in accordance with the“invastigation scanning model”. Guidance counselors and“branch teachers”in central Konya make up the scope of the investigation. The exemplar of the investigation consists of 250“branch teachers and 25 guid ance counselors selected at random from the educational institutions. ”The work satisfaction scale“ and ”the problem scanning list“ have been used in compiling data. In data analysis, the arithmetic means and variations have been calculated and the connection between variables, have been tested with ”the t- test“ and ”multiplica tion of pairson momentums“ with ”the correlation method“. A meaningful correlation has been found out between ”the school problem score“ and ”the work satisfaction of expert counselors“. It has been detected that the direction of the relationship in negative. Therefore, in schools where more problems do exist ”the work saticfaction of expert counselors“ is low; while in those where there are less problems, it is high. And yet another finding was that there were significant differences of opinion between ”branch teachers“ and ”expert counselors" as regards the problems experi enced in junior high schools and the intensity of the problem.
