Özet
ÖZET Tezin amacı, bireysel hisse senedi yatırımcısına, teknik analiz yöntemiyle, hisse senedi fiyatlarıyla ilgili geleceğe dönük doğru tahminlerde bulunmanın yöntemlerini göstermektir. Çalışmada teknik analiz sistemi sayesinde, pazardaki mevcut fiyatları dinamik bir şekilde izleyerek, düşüş veya yükseliş dönemleri öncesinde doğru pozisyonu almanın mümkün olup olmadığı araştırılmıştır. Geleceğe dönük tahminde bulunurken teknik analizde kullanılan en yeni yöntemlerden olan Elliott Dalgaları ve Fibionacci çalışmalarının doğru karar almada nasıl kullanılacağını göstermek, çalışmanın diğer bir amacıdır. Tezde teknik analizde kullanılan formasyonlar, trendler, Fibonacci oranları, Elliott Dalgaları ve Teknik göstergeler yardımıyla hisse senedi değerlemesi yöntemleri gösterilmiştir. Teorik ve uygulama olarak ikiye ayrılabilecek olan bu çalışmada, teorik kısımda anlatılan hisse senedi değerlemesine ilişkin yöntemleri destekleyecek bulgular uygulama sonucunda da görülmüştür. Uygulama sonucunda varılan en önemli bulgu, teknik analizde hisse senedi değerlemesinde bulunurken yalnızca tek bir yöntemin (örneğin hareketli ortalamalar) kullanılmasının yatırımcıları yanıltarak risklerini artıracağı, bunun yanında diğer hisse senedi değerleme yöntemlerinin de (Fibonacci, Elliott vb.) aynı anda kullanılması gerektiğidir.

SUMMARY STOCK EVALUATION BY TECHNICAL ANALYSIS METHOD The Purpose of the thesis is to show the individual stock investor making future oriented accurate predictions of stock prices by technical analysis method. In this study with technical analysis system, by following the present prices in the market dinamiclly, it is examined whether it is possible to take the correct position prior to rise and fall terms. Another purpose of the study is while making future oriented predictions, showing how the use the newest methods Elliott waves and Fibionnaci studies. In the thesis, stock evaluation methods are illustrated by the help of the formations, trends, Fibonacci rates, Elliott waves and technical parameters. In this study which can be separeted two parts as theoretically and application, the findings supporting stock evaluation methods, are also viewed at the and of the application. The most important finding achieved at the end of the application is that the usage of only one method (for example dynamic averages) while making the stock evaluation at the technical analysis, can mislead the investors, the risks will rise, besides other stock evaluation methods (Fibonacci, Elliott etc.) have to be used at the same time.
