Zeki MEMİO?LU Assist. Prof. Kenan ÇETİN Assist. Prof. Selahattin TOZLU The aim of our thesis is to expose the human rights progress detaily. Here our main aim. Basic criterion has plealt with the progress affected this process with real meaning. Because of this at our works main events and documents of human rights process were deatily taken place. The standart of human rights process has taken part in the west world. Widely because of relating to the world in containing the thesis. For east people Islamic idea come to the fore. While searching the subject except the chronological progress compdrisent among events have taken part. In our thesis study one of our important studies is to deal with the subject differently as well as traditional point of view. At the end of this long struggle general view appears about human rights. This struggle can't appreprite for only nation or civilization Today's profits are the conclisuon of ail the people's commen struggle. But in the world today human rights practive explains that this rights belong to the rich and strong people. One of the interesting subject about human rights is vanish the rights which were dealt with long and strong struggle by human's practive. The progress in the political area disappears individual liberty. The result of using badly scientific and tecnological progress is are of the important samples about damaging humans main living right.
