Özet
ÖZET Bu tez, plastik sanayiinde faaliyet gösteren bir işletmede çok amaçlı bir bütünleşik üretim planlama uygulaması sunmaktadır. Her ürün ve her planlama dönemi için optimum normal ve fazla mesai üretim düzeyleri üe envanter ve sipariş geri çevirme miktarlarını bulan çok amaçlı bir model geliştirilmiştir. Karşılanacak olan amaçlar; toplam üretim maliyetini, fazla mesai kullanımını, envanter elde bulundurma ve sipariş geri çevirme maliyetlerini minimize etmek, normal mesai kullanımını maksimize etmektir. Amaçların amaç fonksiyonundaki öncelik seviyeleri değiştirilerek alternatif üretim plan modelleri oluşturulmuştur. Problemin çözümü için ardışık doğrusal amaç programlama metodu ve LMGO adh yazılım paketinin 3. 1 sürümü kuttanılmışnr.

ABSTRACT This thesis presents an application of aggregate production planning under multiple objectives in a manufacturing firm that operates in plastic industry. A multiple objective model is developed to determine the optimum levels of regular and overtime productions and the amount of inventory and backorders for each product and for each of the planning periods. The multiple objectives that are going to be satisfied are minimizing the total production cost, minimizing the use of overtime, maximizing the use of regular time, minimizing the inventory holding cost, and minimizing the backorder cost. Alternative production plan models are generated by changing the priority rankings of the goals in the objective function. The sequential linear goal programming (SLGP) method is utilized to obtain the results. A computer software package called LINGO (ver. 3.1) was used to generate all the solutions.
