Dr. Serhan Alkan İSPÎRLİ İlköğretimde 8 yıllık eğitime geçişle birlikte, sayılan her geçen gün biraz daha artan 6., 7. ve 8. sınıf seviyelerindeki Türkçe ders kitaplarına alman metinlerin ve bu metinler üzerinde“anlama-anlatma”ana başlıkları alûnda yapılan çalışmaların, Türkçe öğretimine olan etkilerini öğretmen görüşleriyle belirlemek, Türkçe öğretmenlerim bilinçlendirmek, ders kitaplarına“Türkçe öğretimi ve çocuk seviyesine yönelik olma”açısından bilimsel yaklaşımlar getirmek, güzel dilimizin kullanım alanını geliştirmek ve kolaylaştırmak, kısacası Türkçenin ayrı bir ders olarak ele alınmaya başlandığı ilköğretim JJ. kademedeki Türkçe öğretimine ve bu noktada öğrencilerin güçlü bir dil bilinci ve sevgisi kazanmalarına kaynaklık teşkil eden metinlerin önemine dikkat çekmek amacıyla böyle bir çalışmaya gidildi. Çalışmada örneklem alınan - II. kademe her sınıf seviyesinde 5 olmak üzere toplamda 15 - ders kitablaruun yam sıra konuyla ilgisi bulunan pek çok kitap, program, tez, makale, ansiklopedik madde v.b. kaynaklar üzerinde genel bir tarama yapılmış; anket aracılığıyla ulaşılan öğretmen görüş, gözlem ve deneyimleri de değerlendirilerek bilimsel nitelikli sonuçlara ve önerilere varılmaya çalışılmıştır. Bu amaç ve yöntemler ışığı altında Türkçe öğretinıinin, eğitim-öğretim sürecindeki tüm öğrenme ve öğretmelerin temelini teşkil ettiği; ancak Türkçe öğretiminin üç önemli boyutundan biri ve de en önemli aracı olan ders kitaplarının, söz konusu süreçteki etkinlikleri destekleyici, kolaylaştırıcı, geliştirici, pekiştiriri vb. içeriksel örüntüden uzak olduğu; dolayısıyla ders kitaplarına seçilen metinler ve bu metinler üzerinde yürütülen“hazırlık, sözcük, kavrama, tür ve biçim, dil bilgisi, imlâ-noktalama, yazılı-sözlü anlatım, yazar ve şairlerin yam sıra resimlere yönelik”etkinliklerin, nicelik ve nitelik balonundan, sağlıklı, güçlü, tüm öğrenmelere esas oluşturabilecek ve istenilen davranış değişikliklerini rahatça gerçekleştirebilecek yetkin bir Türkçe öğretimi için yeterli olmadığı vb. sonuçlara varılmıştır. Bütün bunlara paralel olarak, Türkçe öğretiminin,“Türkçenin inceliklerinin, güzelliklerinin, zenginliklerinin sezdirilmesi ve bu alanda öğrencilerin güçlü bir dil bilinci ve sevgisi kazanmalarının sağlanması”biçiminde özetlenecek en aslî işlev ve amacına ulaşmada birtakım sıkıntılar yaşadığı gerçeği de ortaya çıkmıştır.

ABSTRACT MASTER THESIS THE EVALUATION OF THE TEXTS IN TURKISH COURSE BOOK AT PRIMARY EDUCATION SECOND GRADE IN THE MEANS OF TURKISH EDUCATION Fırat GÜLER Supervisor : Ast. Prof. Dr. Serhan Alkan ispirli This kind of study was carried out with an eye to determine; to define the effects of the texts, placed into books of Turkish lecture that belong to 6., 7. and 8. grade levels increasing in number as the day goes on, with accepting the eight years education and of studies being searched under the title of“understanding-description”, in these texts on the teaching of Turkish in the view of teacher to make Turkish teacher conscious to put forward a scientific approach from the view of the“being aimed at teaching of Turkish and child's level”, to broaden the area of our fine tongue and to facilitate it, in short to attract attention to the importance of the texts causing that the teaching of Turkish in the second grade primary education in which Turkish begins to be appreciated as a separated lecture and at this point, gaining an influential tongue knowledge and affection for students. In this study a general glossary was made on lecture books - 5 samples were taken from every class level and in total 15 samples were appreciated at second grade- in addition to this any kind of book, programme, thesis, articles, encyclopeadic titles etc. through the agency of inquiry, the teachers were contacted and their views; observations and experiments were also appreciated and scientific results and projects were tried to be reached. In the light of these aims and processes, these judgements were taken; teaching of Turkish formed the basis of all the learnings and teachings in the period of education - teaching, but the lecture books which were one of the three dimensions of teaching of Turkish and the most important source of it were away from the pattern of supporting, facilitating, improving, hardening etc.; so, selected texts for lecture books and“preparation, word, understanding, category and form, linguistic, dictation - punctuation, writing - oral description and with the author and poet activity aimed at pictures”in these texts, are not capable to achieve a mature teaching of Turkish that will be able to achieve the changes of willing behaviour, easily and to suit all the learnings, infiuentially, healty on account of qualify and quantity and etc.. Similar to these, a fact was found out that for achieving to aim of the most essential duty summarized as "making understand the fine details, beauty, wealth of Turkish and providing the students an influential knowledge and love of tongue annoyance was suffered.
