91 SUMMARY We can summarize this study as the following points. 1-“Velayet”, is delivered from“velâ”meanning protection, friend, accompany manageing and nearness. 2- Besides its literal and techical meanings in The Quran. We find the meaning of“velayet”a comprehensive term. In its comprehensive meaning of“velayet”iş the only and greatest standart of one's nobility and worth. 3- It is not possible to find in any book and ideology other than the Holy Quran a word like“velayet”which has such a comprehensice meaning, encompassing both the spiritual and material and whose rools are established in the world. 4- With the respetc to ist meaning or content,“velayet”is such a fascioting wonderful world. It is not possible to understand the Quran without considering it nor to obtain the virtue it. 5-“Velâ”and“velayet”are sincerity are intrinsic and essential to God and the Prophets, and as essential to the reprensentatives of the cause of Prophethood and their mission."
