Özet
ÖZET Çağdaş ve demokratik toplumun şartlarına göre; yeteneklerini ve yaratıcılığım kullanabilme becerisine sahip, kendine güvenen, düşüncelerini özgürce ifade edebilen, üretken nesiller için eğitime, okul öncesinden itibaren başlamak gerekir. Bu davranışların kazandırılmasında önemli bir yere sahip olan plastik sanatlar eğitiminin ise, daha kaliteli ve çağdaş bir düzeye ulaşması gerekmektedir. Bu çalışmada, plastik sanatlar eğitiminin mevcut durumunun belirlenmesi ve konunun öneminin vurgulanması hedeflenmiştir. Çalışmanın birinci bölümünde; okul öncesi eğitim kavramı ile, Türkiye ve çeşitli ülkelerdeki genel yapı incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, bu dönemdeki çocuğun fiziksel, zihinsel ve sosyal gelişim özellikleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde ise, yaratıcılık ve çizgisel gelişim evreleri ile konunun gerekliliği, okul öncesi dönem plastik sanatlar eğitimi başlığı altında ele alınmıştır. Sonraki bölümlerde, özellikle ülkemizde bu konunun uygulanma şekli ve genel sorunlarına değinilmiştir. Ayrıca; Milli Eğitim Bakanlığı'na bağlı, bazı anasmıflannda yapılan gözlemlere ilişkin bir çalışma ile desteklenmiştir. Bu çalışmada,“Sanat Eğitimi”ya da“Resim-İş Eğitimi”ifadeleri yerine“Plastik Sanatlar Eğitimi”ifadesi kullanılmıştır. Bunun nedeni; Resim-lş adlandırmasının, programlardaki konulan kapsamaması ve yanlış anlamalara yol açmasıdır. Çünkü plastik sanatlar eğitiminde yalnız resim değil, heykel, seramik, tekstil gibi sanatlar veya tasarım alanlarının bazılarına yönelik eğitim verilmektedir. Sanat eğitimi ifadesi ise, çok geniş kapsamlı bir ifadedir. Plastik sanatlar, bu kapsam allına alınabildiği gibi, görsel, işitsel, sözel ve dramatik sanat dallarının tümünü de kapsayabilir. Çalışmada kullanılan“Plastik Sanatlar Eğitimi”terimi, resim ve heykel sanatları ile buna bağlı tasarım alanlarındaki eğitimi kapsamaktadır.

ABSTRACT According to the contemporary and democratic community conditions; the individual' education have to start before primary school in order to have productive generations who have the ability to use creativity and skills, who have self-esteem and who can freely express his/her ideas. The education of plastic arts, which have very important place for the above conditions, as to reach a contemporary and qualitative level. In this study, the aim is to determine the actual position of plastic art education and to stress its importance. In the first part of the study the concept of“education before primary school”and it's structure in Turkey and some countries, were exemined. In the second part, the physical intellectual ans social developmental characteristics of this periods child was studied. İn the third part, the necessity of the subject matter and the creativity and developmental periods of drawing, was examined under the title the plastic art education before primary school. In the other parts, the aplication of this education in Turkey and some related general problems were examined. In addition some results are tried to obtained by data form. Some private and public kindergartens of Ministery of Education. In this study in the place of“Art Education”the term of“Plastic Art Education”was used. The reason is that, the art education caused some misunderstandings and don't cover all the subjects of the programme. In the plastic art education however, the education contain not only the painting but also sculpting, seramic, textile and other designing areas. The term of art education is a very broad concept. Plastic arts can be included in this concept and also plastic arts can contain all the visual, auditory, verbal and dramatic art branches. The term of“Plastic Arts Education”which in used in this study contain painting and sculpting as well as the education of designing areas related with this term.
