Özet
ÖZET Bu araştırmanın amacı; Kocaeli İlinde; Kamu ve özel Orta öğretim kurumlarının; öğretmenlerin kurumsal motivatörleri bakımından farklılık gösterip göstermediğini incelemektir. öğretmenlerin kurumsal motivatörleri; sosyo-demografık özellikleri (cinsiyet, medeni hal, eğitim, kadro durumu, hizmet yılı,gelir), güdüleri (mesleki ideal, okul ile ilgili konularda görev alma, İdareci olma isteği) ve kurumsal değerlendirmeleri (Branş rekabeti, diğer öğretmenlerle rekabet, uygun teknik ekipman ve doküman yeterliliği, İdarecilerin beklentilere yanıt vermesi, idarecilerin yeterliliği, öğrencilerin derse ilgisi ve öğrencilerin hedefleri) şeklinde üç ana bölümde toplanmıştır. Konu ile ilgili olarak; Kocaeli İlinde, kamu ve özel orta öğretim kurumlarında çalışan öğretmenler üzerinde bir anket çalışması uygulanmış ve elde edilen veriler ile, hipotezlerinin test edilmesinde Ki-kare test istatistiği kullanılmıştır. ABSTRACT The aim of this study is to search whether the institutional motivators of teachers working in either Public or Private Secondary School Institutions in Kocaeli differ with their institution type. The institutional motivators of teachers arc gathered under three sections: soeio- demographic features of teachers such as gender, marital status, education level, job status (full, contract), service years total, salary; eagerness in their job-related issues such as job ideal, taking responsibility in social activities, willingness to become a school director; and lastly the institutional evaluation of teachers such as branch competition, competition with other teachers, technical equipment and document availability, the capability of the school management in answering the expectations of teachers, the capabilities of school administrators, student aims and student interests over courses. According to the subject; a questionnaire form is designed and it is applied to a sample of teachers working in cither public or private secondary schools in Kocaeli. With the obtained data,% statistical test is used while testing the hypothesizes.
