Özet
ÖZET Klasik anatomi kitaplarında elin palmar yüzünün hipotenar bölümünün derisinin innervasyonu ile ilgili detaylı bilgi olmadığı gibi literatürde bu konuda yapılmış az sayıda çalışmada, farklı görüşler öne sürülmüştür. Bu çalışma n. ulnaris'ten ayrılan ve bu bölgenin deri duyusunu alan dalların sinirden ayrıldığı yeri, sayısını ve dağılım özelliklerini tesbit etmek amacıyla, %10'luk formalinde fıkse edilmiş 10 erişkin kadavraya ait 20 önkol ve elde diseksiyon mikroskobu kullanılarak yapıldı. Klasik bilgilerden farklı olarak elin palmar yüzünün ulnar bölümünün derisine ait duyu dallarının esas olarak n. ulnaris'ten el bileğinde ayrılan ve 5. parmağın medial bölümüne giden nn. digitales palmares proprii'den çıktığı tesbit edildi. Ayrıca m. palmaris brevis'i innerve eden dalların da kasın üzerindeki deride dağılan duyu dallan içerdiği bulundu. 33

ABSTRACT There is not only insufficient detailed information about the cutaneus innervation of the hypothenar eminence of the palm, but also the publications investigating this matter report contradictory findings. The present study, aiming to identify the branches of the ulnar nerve innervating the skin of the region, the point of branching, number of branches and the distribution properties is conducted on 20 forearm and hand specimens acquired from 10 cadavers fixed in 10% formalin, using dissection microscope. In contrast to what is written in text-books, we found that the sensory nerves to the skin of the ulnar aspect of the palm arise primarily from the ulnar digital nerve to the little finger, a branch of the ulnar nerve originating at the level of the wrist. We also found that the branches innervating the palmaris brevis muscle have some fibers distributing within the subcutaneus tissue over the muscle, suggesting that they may be involved in cutaneus innervation as well. 34
