Özet
MECMÛA-İ TEVÂRÎH-İ CÜLÛSİYYE (III. SELİM CÜLÛSİYYELERİ) (İNCELEME-METİN) Bu çalışma, III. Selim'in tahta çıkışı münasebetiyle farklı şairler tarafından kaleme alınan şiirleri içeren bir mecmuayı incelemektedir. Araştırma; giriş, dört ana bölüm ve metnin transkripsiyonundan oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde dönemin siyasi ve sosyal özellikleri ele alınmış, esere dair genel bilgiler verilmiş ve mecmuada yer alan cülûsiyye şairlerinin biyografileri tanıtılmıştır. Bu bağlamda, söz konusu şiirlerin yazıldıkları tarihî ve kültürel zemin de değerlendirilmiştir. Birinci bölümde cülûsiyye türünün tarihî gelişimi, edebî özellikleri ve Osmanlı edebiyatındaki yeri üzerinde durulmuş; ardından III. Selim'in cülûsu ve bu süreçte uygulanan teşrifat kuralları ayrıntılı biçimde incelenmiştir. İkinci bölümde, Mecmûa-i Tevârîh-i Cülûsiyye'nin müstensihi Enderunlu Ârif'in hayatı ele alınmış, eserin muhteva ve şekil özellikleri değerlendirilmiş ve cülûsiyyelerde kullanılan tarih düşürme teknikleri örneklerle analiz edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde yazmanın fiziki ve içerik özellikleri tanıtılmış; III. Selim için yazılan cülûsiyyelerdeki övgü unsurları ve kasidelerde memduhun tasvirinde siyasetname geleneğinin etkisi ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca mecmuada şiirleri yer alan şairlerin meslek ve ünvanları incelenmiş, yazmanın imla özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde transkripsiyon yöntemi açıklanmış ve metin sunulmuştur. Çalışmanın, hem III. Selim'e yazılan cülûsiyyeleri hem de dönemin şairleri için önemli bir kaynak teşkil edeceği düşünülmektedir.

MECMÛA-İ TEVÂRÎH-İ CÜLÛSİYYE (III. SELİM CÜLÛSİYYELERİ) (RESEARCH AND TEXT ANALYSİS) This study examines a mecmua (poetry miscellany) containing poems composed by various poets on the occasion of the accession of Selim III to the throne. The research consists of an introduction, four main chapters, and the transcription of the text. In the introduction, the political and social characteristics of the period are discussed, general information about the work is provided, and biographical data on the poets who composed cülûsiyyes in the manuscript are presented. In this context, the historical and cultural background in which these poems were written is also evaluated. The first chapter focuses on the historical development, literary characteristics, and place of the cülûsiyye genre in Ottoman literature; it then examines in detail the accession of Selim III and the ceremonial protocols (teşrifat) applied during this process. The second chapter addresses the life of Enderunlu Ârif, the compiler of Mecmûa-i Tevârîh-i Cülûsiyye, evaluates the content and formal features of the work, and analyzes, with examples, the chronogram (tarih düşürme) techniques employed in the cülûsiyyes. The third chapter introduces the physical and textual features of the manuscript; it also examines the elements of praise in the cülûsiyyes written for Selim III and discusses the influence of the siyasetname tradition on the depiction of the memduh in the kasides In addition, the professions and titles of the poets whose poems are included in the mecmua were examined, and the orthographic features of the manuscript were identified. In the fourth chapter, the transcription method is explained and the text is presented. It is anticipated that the study will serve as a significant source both for the cülûsiyyes written for Selim III and for the poets of the period.
