Özet
Bu çalışmada, hemen hemen simetrik Arf sayısal yarıgruplarının çoğaltma yapıları RF-matrisleri ve RF-bağıntıları kullanılarak incelenmiştir. Sayısal yarıgruplar ve Arf sayısal yarıgruplarına ilişkin temel tanımlar ve kavramlar verilerek çalışmanın teorik altyapısı oluşturulmuştur. Bu çerçevede, ilgili yapıların genel özellikleri ele alınmış ve literatürde yer alan temel sonuçlar doğrultusunda sistematik bir inceleme yapılmıştır. Hemen hemen simetrik Arf sayısal yarıgruplarının sahip olduğu yapısal özellikler, çeşitli örnekler ve temel teoremler yardımıyla açıklanmıştır. Ayrıca RFmatrisleri ve RF-bağıntıları tanıtılmış, bu kavramların sayısal yarıgrupların incelenmesindeki önemi ve sağladığı katkılar ortaya konulmuştur. Bunun yanında çoğaltma (duplication) kavramı ele alınmış, genel tanımı verilmiş ve uygun örneklerle desteklenmiştir. Daha sonra, hemen hemen simetrik Arf sayısal yarıgruplarının çoğaltma işlemi altındaki davranışı incelenmiş ve bu özelliğin hangi koşullar altında korunduğu araştırılmıştır. Elde edilen sonuçlar RF-matrisleri ve RFbağıntıları kullanılarak analiz edilmiş ve çoğaltma işlemi sonrası oluşan yapıların temel özellikleri ortaya konulmuştur.

In this study, the duplication structures of almost symmetric Arf numerical semigroups are examined using RF-matrices and RF-relations. The theoretical background of the work is established by presenting the basic definitions and concepts related to numerical semigroups and Arf numerical semigroups. In this context, the general properties of the related structures are discussed, and a systematic investigation is carried out in light of the main results in the literature.The structural properties of almost symmetric Arf numerical semigroups are explained with the help of various examples and fundamental theorems. In addition, RFmatrices and RF-relations are introduced, and their importance and contribution to the study of numerical semigroups are highlighted.Furthermore, the concept of duplication is considered, its general definition is given, and it is supported with suitable examples. Afterwards, the behavior of almost symmetric Arf numerical semigroups under the duplication process is investigated, and the conditions under which this property is preserved are studied. The obtained results are analyzed using RF-matrices and RF-relations, and the fundamental properties of the structures arising from the duplication process are presented.
