Özet
ÖZET Zara'da Törenler, törenlerdeki insan ilişkileri çalışma konusu olarak seçilmiştir ve bunu seçerken içinde yaşadığımız toplumun globalleşen dünyadaki yerini tayin etme, toplumsal gelişim yönünü takip etme merakı etkili olmuştur. Yapılan araştırmada değişimin yönü incelenmiş mevcut kırsal yapı ile benzeştiği saptanmıştır. Köyden kente göç, nüfus hareketlilikleri töreler üzerinde yapısal değişiklikler ortaya çıkarmış olup, mevcut toplumsal yapının gelişimine olumlu katkıda bulunduğu saptanmıştır. İnsanların eş seçiminde, eğitim alanında gelişmeler tespit edilmiş, daha demokratik tutum ve davranışların sergilendiği gözlenmiştir. Hemşehrilik duygularının ağır bastığı sevil toplum örgütleri ile, göç ettikleri bölgelerde dayanışma örnekleri verdikleri izlenmiştir. Törenlerin geçmişte olduğu gibi günümüzde de birleştirici, bütünleştirici işlevlerinin sürdüğü gözlenmiştir.

II SUMMARY The ceremonies in Zara and human relations in the ceremonies have been chosen as the subject of this study, and choosing this the curiosity to determine the place of the society in which we live in the globalizing world and to follow the direction of the social development have been effective In the study made the direction of the change has been examined and it has been determined that it is similar to the structure of the countryside. It has been seen that migration to cities from the villages, population movements have caused structural changes in he customs and helped the improvement of the present social structure positively. The developments in the education and the choice of wife or husband have been determined and it has been seen that more democratic acts and behaviors are performed. It has been seen that they have showed samples of cooperation with the civil community organizations in which the sense of fellow countrymenship is dominant. It has been observed that customs have continued their unifying functions and effects today as they had in the past.
