Özet
ÖZET Kütahya İlindeki 61 erkek,42 bayan toplam 103 Beden Eğitimi öğretmeni araştırma kapsamına alındı. Araştırmada Beden Eğitimi Dersinin genel ve özel amaçlarının gerçekleştirilmesini etkileyen faktörlerin tesbiti,kaynak tarama yöntemi ile yapıldı. Aynı zamanda bu amaçların gerçekleştirilmesini etkileyen faktörlerin tesbitine yönelik Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerine bir anket çalışması uygulandı. Öncelikle araştırmamızda eğitim,eğitim şekilleri,Türkiye'de ilköğretim tarihi ve Milli Eğitimin Temel Amaçlan konularına değinildi. Daha sonra Beden Eğitimi ve Sporun çeşitli tanımları yapıhp,Türkiye'de Beden Eğitimi ve Sporun doğuşu ve tarihsel gelişimi açıklandı. Bunun yanında Beden Eğitimi Dersinin genel ve özel amaçlan da konu içerisinde verildi. Konumuzun ana kısmını oluşturan ilköğretimde Beden Eğitimi Dersinin amaçlanmn gerçekleşmesini etkileyen öğretmen,öğrenci,yönetici,okul tesis araç gereçleri,ders saatleri gibi faktörler de incelendi. Araştırmada SPSS For Windows 9.0 istatistiki paket programı kullanılmış,anket verilerinin frekans ve perental değerleri alınmıştır. Sağlıklı bir toplum yetiştirmek ve bu yetişen fertlerin ahlâklı,edepli,vatanma yararlı evlatlar olması Beden Eğitimi Dersinin en büyük amacıdır. Öğrenci için de çok önemli olan,her zaman ayn bir yerde tuttuğu Beden Eğitimi Dersinin amaçlanmn gerçekleştirilmesini etkileyen faktörlerin tesbit edilip düzeltilmesiyle yukanda belirtilen amaca ve diğer genel,özel amaçlara ulaşılacağı düşüncesindeyiz. Beden Eğitimi Dersinin amaçlanmn gerçekleştirilmesini etkileyen faktörlerin tesbitine yönelik yapılan ankette öncelikle deneklere kişisel bilgiler sorulmuştur. Daha sonra Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerine;yönetici,mevzuat,öğrencilere ilişkin sorular yöneltilmiştir. Aynı zamanda öğretmenlerin bizzat kendilerini ilgilendiren sorular da ankette yer almıştır. Araştırma bulgulanna göre;okullann uygun yer,araç-gereç olanaklan bakımından yoksun olmalan,Beden Eğitimi dersinin öğretmen,yönetici ve veliler tarafından tam olarak önemsenmemesi,Beden Eğitimi öğretmenlerinin amaca ulaşmaya yönelik bilimsel gelişmeleri takip etmemeleri ve Beden Eğitimi ders saatlerinin çok az olması gibi önemli sonuçlara dayanarak Beden Eğitimi Dersinin genel ve özel amaçlanna ulaşılamadığım söyleyebiliriz.

VI ABSTRACT In the survey,61 men and 42 women ; totally 103 Physical Training Teachers are taken into consideration.Fixing the factors affecting the achievement of the general and special aims of Physical Training Lesson is realized by source survey technique.Meanwhile,a questionare on fixing the factors affecting the realization of these aims is practiced on Physical Training teachers. In our survey; education and trainig techniques,history of primary education in Turkey and Basic Aims Of National Education are the primary concerns. Then various definitions of the Physical Training and Sport concepts are given, and beginning and historical development of Physical Training and Sport is explained. Besides these, general and special aims of the Physical Training Lesson are also given in the subject. In addition to these, being the main part of our subject, factors affecting the realization of aims of the Physical Training Lesson in primary education like teacher,student administrator,equipments in the school,class schedule,... are examined. In the study.SPSS For Windows 9.0 statistical package software is utilized, and frequency and parental values of the questionare datas are taken. To build up a healthy society and to make the individuals become morally high,patriot citizens are the greatest aims of the Physical Training Lesson. We believe that, Physical Training Lesson, being very important and special for also the students themselves, will attain its aims,the one mentioned above and the other general and special aims, only if the factors affecting the realization of those aims are fixed and corrected. In the questionare for fixing the factors affecting the realization of Physical Training Lesson's aims,first questions personal information are asked to the refogder. And thereto the teacher of Physical Training Lesson,questions related administrators.lesson topic and sutudents.At the same time,questions abaut the teachers themselves are also present in the questionarei Depending on the result,taken from the questionare, it can be said that Physical Training Lesson can not attain its general and special aims.
