Özet
Bu tez, Endülüs Edebiyatı içerisinde önemli bir yere sahip olan Mülûkü't-tavâif dönemi şiirinde sevgi kavramını ve bu kavramın farklı tezahürlerini incelemek amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Çalışmada sevginin yalnızca kadın ile erkek arasındaki duygusal ilişkiyi ifade eden dar anlamıyla sınırlı olmadığı; insanî, toplumsal, estetik, siyasî ve kültürel boyutlar taşıyan çok yönlü bir olgu olarak Endülüs şiirine yansıdığı ortaya konulmuştur. Bu bağlamda sevgi, Endülüs toplumunun refah, zarafet, siyasî çekişme, sosyal dönüşüm ve kültürel çeşitlilik gibi karakteristik özelliklerini yansıtan temel unsurlardan biri olarak değerlendirilmiştir. Tezin birinci bölümünde sevgi kavramının sözlük ve terim anlamları incelenmiş; kavramın tarihsel süreç içerisindeki anlam gelişimi ele alınmıştır. Ayrıca sevginin psikoloji ve felsefedeki karşılıkları açıklanmış; isimleri, dereceleri, sebepleri, belirtileri, türleri ve biçimleri üzerinde durulmuştur. Bunun yanında sevginin Arap Edebiyatı içerisindeki yeri Câhiliye döneminden başlayarak İslâmî dönem, Emevîler, Abbâsîler ve Endülüs edebiyatının ilk dönemleri çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiştir. Böylece Mülûkü't-tavâif dönemine kadar sevgi anlayışında meydana gelen değişimlerin ve Endülüs şiirindeki sevgi tasavvurunun oluşumuna katkı sağlayan edebî ve fikrî arka planın belirlenmesi amaçlanmıştır. İkinci bölümde Mülûkü't-tavâif dönemi şiirinde sevgi temasının yeri ve önemi ele alınmıştır. Bu bölümde sevginin şiirde ortaya çıkan başlıca görünümleri; sevgili ile âşık arasındaki duygusal sevgi, eşler arasındaki sevgi, aile sevgisi, dost sevgisi, vatan sevgisi, tabiat sevgisi, şarap sevgisi gulâm sevgisi ve ilahi aşk başlıkları altında incelenmiştir. Bu sınıflandırma aracılığıyla Endülüs şiirinde sevgi kavramının kapsamı ve çeşitliliği ortaya konulmuştur. Şairlerin bu farklı sevgi biçimleri üzerinden özlem, vecd, sadakat, aidiyet ve estetik haz gibi duyguları dile getirdikleri; aynı zamanda Endülüs toplumunun insanî ve sosyal tecrübelerini yansıttıkları tespit edilmiştir. Üçüncü bölümde ise Mülûkü't-tavâif dönemi sevgi şiirinin sanatsal özellikleri incelenmiştir. Bu çerçevede kasidenin sanatsal yapısı; giriş, geçiş ve sonuç bölümleriyle birlikte ele alınmış, şiirin bütünlüğü ve bölümler arasındaki uyum değerlendirilmiştir. Ayrıca dil ve üslup özellikleri bakımından kelime seçimi, şiirsel söz varlığı, cümle yapıları, haberî ve inşâî üsluplar üzerinde durulmuştur. Bunun yanı sıra teşbih, istiare ve kinaye gibi beyânî sanatlar ile tıbak, cinas, tekrar, tevşîh, iktibas ve tazmin gibi bedîî sanatların kullanım biçimleri analiz edilmiştir. Şiirin musikî yönü ise vezin, kafiye ve iç ahenk unsurları çerçevesinde değerlendirilmiş; bu unsurların duygusal deneyimin estetik biçimde aktarılmasına katkısı açıklanmıştır. Araştırma sonucunda, Mülûkü't-tavâif dönemi Endülüs şiirinde sevginin çok boyutlu bir kavram olduğu ve yalnızca bireysel-duygusal bir anlam taşımadığı sonucuna ulaşılmıştır. Sevginin insanî, toplumsal, estetik ve vatana bağlılıkla ilgili anlam katmanları kazandığı; bunun da Endülüs şiirinin diline, imge dünyasına, musikîsine ve anlatım biçimlerine doğrudan yansıdığı görülmüştür. Ayrıca sevgi görünümlerindeki çeşitliliğin, Endülüs kasidesinin sanatsal zenginliğini ve estetik derinliğini artırdığı tespit edilmiştir. Çalışma, konuyla ilgili klasik ve modern kaynaklardan oluşan kapsamlı bir kaynakça temelinde hazırlanmıştır.

This doctoral thesis has been prepared to examine the concept and representations of love in Andalusian poetry during the era of the Taifa kingdoms, by identifying the various meanings associated with this concept and tracing its diverse manifestations in the Andalusian poetic output of this period. The study seeks to demonstrate the breadth of the notion of love in the poetry of the Taifa age, showing that it was not confined to the emotional relationship between man and woman, but encompassed multiple human, social, national, and natural dimensions. These dimensions reflected the nature of Andalusian life and its characteristic refinement and luxury, as well as its political conflicts and social and cultural transformations. The first chapter examines the concept of love and the development of its meaning across different eras, by studying the linguistic and technical definitions of love and clarifying its connotations in psychology and philosophy. It then considers its names and degrees, its causes, symptoms, types, and forms. This chapter also addresses the presence of love in Arabic literature throughout the ages, beginning with Jahiliyyah (Age of Ignorance), and proceeding through the Islamic, Umayyad, and Abbasid eras, up to the early phase of the Andalusian period. The aim is to uncover the transformations that affected the concept of love prior to the era of the Taifa kings and to elucidate the literary and intellectual background that contributed to shaping its representations in Andalusian poetry. The second chapter focuses on the study of love in the era of the Taifa kings, by first providing an overview of the importance of this theme and its role during that period, and then analysing the poetic manifestations in which it was articulated. In this chapter, the representations of love are divided into several thematic axes, most notably: emotional love between lover and beloved, love between spouses, familial love, friendship, love of the homeland, love of nature, love of wine, homoerotic love, and Divine Love (al-Hubb al-Ilahi) . This classification aims to highlight the breadth of the concept of love in Andalusian poetry and the diversity of its forms in the Taifa period, wherein poets expressed through it emotions of passion and longing, loyalty and belonging, and revealed multiple aspects of human experience in the Andalusian society. The third chapter analyses the artistic features of love poetry in the era of the Taifa kings by examining the formal structure of the qasida, including the construction of the opening, the skillful transition between themes, the conclusion, and the unity of the poem and the coherence of its parts. This chapter also addresses language and style in terms of diction and its connotations, the poetic lexicon, syntactic construction, and declarative and rhetorical modes. It further considers figurative imagery through the study of simile, metaphor, and metonymy, before moving on to analyse rhetorical ornaments such as antithesis, paronomasia, repetition, muwashshah-style techniques, quotation, and allusion. In addition, it examines poetic musicality through the employed meters, rhyme, and internal rhythm, in order to elucidate the impact of these elements on shaping the emotional experience and highlighting its aesthetic dimensions. The study concludes with the findings reached by the research, which confirm that love in Andalusian poetry during the era of the Taifa kings constituted a broad and multifaceted phenomenon that transcended its immediate emotional meaning to encompass human, national, aesthetic, and social dimensions. The study further demonstrates that the diversity of the representations of love was clearly reflected in the artistic features of the Andalusian qasida, contributing to the enrichment of its language, imagery, musicality, and expressive techniques. The study is based on a comprehensive list of sources and references that were consulted in constructing its scholarly content.
