Doç. Aydın AŞKAN Bir ülkenin diğer ülkeler içindeki saygınlığının ve yerinin, o ülke vatandaşlarının çok yönlü eğitimiyle doğru orantılı olduğu nasıl değişmez bir gerçekse sanatın toplumları birleştirici ve kaynaştırıcı, bireylerin insani duygulardan uzaklaşmasını önleyici tek çözüm olduğu yadsınamaz bir gerçektir. Buna bağlı olarak bir ülkenin genel eğitim-öğretim sisteminde, sanat eğitiminin rolü oldukça önemli bir yerdedir. Birey yaşadığı toplumun kültüründen, tarihinden, geleneklerin den etkilenmektedir. Bu etkiler bireyin günlük yaşantısına yansı makta ve bu yansımalar, eğitimde önemli bir rol oynamaktadır. Toplumu etkileyen ekonomik ve kültürel faktörler, toplumun yaşantısı, o toplumun iletişim araçları, plastik sanatlar eğitiminde kullanılan yöntem ve öğretici kişi plastik sanatlar eğitimini etkilenmektedir. Bu araştırma ile İlköğretim Okullarında plastik sanat eğitiminin sosyal çevre, kültür ve ekonomik faktörlerinden nasıl etkilendiğinin genel bir değerlendirmesi yapılmıştır.

Ill ABSTRACT The respectivness of a country on the other contries and the place is parallel to education of that countrie's citizen has no substitute As a truth thcart has a power to combine the civils and to mixture and to prevent agarinst the being faraway from human nature, is the only solutian and it is not to be denied. Depends on it; in a system of education of a country the education of a country the education of the art is in the begining of the rank. The human being effected of culture, history and the tralition where he lives. Those affects reflects to the human's day life and those reflectrons takes important role in education. Economical and cultural factor what effects the life of societyand the communication meanings to be used in plastic arts education theskilss and the instructors has been affected. In this research has an evaluation of in the scools the plastik art education is how being affected by the economicals, cultural and social envoirenment.
