MESLEKİ VE TEKNİK ANADOLU LİSELERİNDE MUHASEBE EĞİTİMİNİN İNCELENMESİ: KAYSERİ İLİ ÖRNEĞİ Niğmet VATANBEKÇİSİ KAYA Kayseri Üniversitesi Lisansüstü Eğitim Enstitüsü Yüksek Lisans Tezi, Ağustos 2025 Danışman: Prof. Dr. Semra AKSOYLU ÖZET Bu çalışma, Kayseri'deki Mesleki ve Teknik Anadolu Liselerinde (MTAL) verilen muhasebe eğitiminin, öğrenci ve öğretmen görüşleri doğrultusunda değerlendirilmesi, eksikliklerin belirlenmesi ve geliştirilmesine yönelik önerilerin sunulması amacıyla hazırlanmıştır. Veri toplama sürecinde, araştırma amacına uygun olarak anket yöntemi kullanılmış; muhasebe eğitiminin değerlendirilmesinde Çiftçi ve Çemrek tarafından geliştirilen ölçek uygulanmıştır. Çalışmanın örneklemini, 2023-2024 eğitim-öğretim yılında Kayseri'de muhasebe alanında öğrenim gören 210 MTAL son sınıf öğrencisi, 124 Mesleki Eğitim Merkezi (MESEM) öğrencisi ve 38 muhasebe öğretmeni oluşturmaktadır. Öğrencilerden elde edilen verilere SPSS 22 programı aracılığıyla faktör analizi uygulanmıştır. Öğretmenlerin araştırma grubunun, 38 kişiden oluşması sebebiyle yeterli örneklem sağlanamamış, faktör analizi uygulanamamış ve yapı geçerliliği tespit edilememiştir. Öğrencilere ilişkin analiz sonuçlarında, staj yeri türüne göre faktörler arasında anlamlı bir fark tespit edilememiştir. Ancak, bütün faktör gruplarında muhasebe derslerini sevme bakımından anlamlı bir farklılık gözlemlenmiştir. Öğretmenlere ilişkin analiz sonuçlarına göre, planlı ders işleme ifadesine %100 oranında olumlu, derslerin monoton olduğu ifadesine ise %50 oranında olumsuz katılım olduğu tespit edilmiştir.

EXAMINATION OF ACCOUNTING EDUCATION IN VOCATIONAL AND TECHNICAL ANATOLIAN HIGH SCHOOLS: THE CASE OF KAYSERİ PROVINCE Niğmet VATANBEKÇİSİ KAYA Kayseri Üniversity Institute of Graduate Education Master Thesis, August 2025 Thesis Advisor: Prof. Dr. Semra AKSOYLU ABSTRACT This study aims to evaluate the accounting education provided in Vocational and Technical Anatolian High Schools (VTAL) in Kayseri based on the opinions of students and teachers, to identify deficiencies, and offering suggestions for improvement. In the data collection process, a questionnaire method consistent with the research objectives was employed, and the scale developed by Çiftçi and Çemrek was utilized in the evaluation of accounting education. The sample of the study consists of 210 senior students in the field of accounting at VTAL in Kayseri, 124 students enrolled in Vocational Education Centers (VEC), and 38 accounting teachers during the 2023-2024 academic year. Factor analysis was conducted on the data obtained from students using SPSS 22 software. However, since the teacher group consisted of only 38 participants, the sample size was insufficient; therefore, factor analysis was not performed, and construct validity could not be determined. The results of the student analyses revealed no significant differences among the factors in relation to the type of internship institution. Nevertheless, a statistically significant difference was observed in all factor groups concerning students' enjoyment of accounting courses. According to the analysis of teachers' responses, it was determined that 100% expressed agreement with the statement regarding lesson planning, while 50% expressed disagreement with the statement that lessons were monotonous.
