Türkler 'in İslamlaşma Sürecinde Mezheplerin Rolü adlı çalışma, Giriş, 3 Anabaşlık, Sonuç, Bibliyografyadan oluşmaktadır. Giriş Bölümü, Konunun amacı ve önemi, sınırları, araştırmada kullanılan metotlar ve kaynak eserlerin değerlendirilmesinden oluşmaktadır.“İslamiyet'ten önce Çeştli Yönleriyle Türkler'e Umumi Bir Bakış”isimli I. Bölümde, Türkler'in İslamiyet'ten önceki coğrafi, sosyal ve siyasi durumu, benimsediği dinleri, kültür ve medeniyeti ve İslam'ı kabulü konulan işlenmektedir.“Türkler'in İslamlaşmasına Etki Eden Mezhepler”isimli ILBölüm'de, Harici, Mürcie, Kerramiye, Mutezile, Hadis Taraftarları, Şia ve kollan Zeydiye, İsmailiye ve Maturidiliğin önce dosu ve temel görüşleri, ondan sonra Türkler'in İslamlaşma sürecindeki etkileri incelenmektedir. "Kırgızların Müslüman Oluşunda Mezheplerin Rolü7' isimli DI.Böİüm'de, öncelikle Kırgızların İslamiyetten önceki durumu hakkında genel bilgi ve Kırgızların İslam'ı kabulü yamsıra, Kırgızların müslüman oluşunda etkili olan Mürcie, Maturidilik, Yesevilik ve İsmaiHlik mezhepleri incelenmektedir. Sonuçta araştırmada ulaşılan neticeler sunulmaktadır: Türkler'in İslamlaşma sürecinde en çok etkili olan mezhep ilk dönemlerde Mürcie olup IV./X. asırdan sonra Maturidilik olmuştur.

112 SUMMARY ACIMAMATOV, Zaylabidin, The Role of The Islamic Theological and Political Movements in the Period of Islamization of The Turks, Assistant Professor Doctor Sönmez KUTLU, Ankara University Social Science Institute, Ankara 2001, HOp. This Master thesis“The Role of The Islamic Theological and Political Movements in the Period of Islamization of The Turks”, consists of Introdicuon, Three Chapters, Conclusion and Bibliography. The Intodiction consists of the aim of the research, its importance, its periods, its method applied and the evaluation of sources. In the First Chapter“ General Sidelight on the History of the Turks before Islamic Age”the geographical, social and political positions of the Turks before Islamic Age in Central Asia have been examined. In the Second Chapter“ The Islamic Theological and Political Movements which played a role in the Islamization of the Turks”Haricites, Murjia, Karramiya, Mu'tazila, Traditionalists, Shia and its subdivisions such as Zaydites and Ismailites and Maturidism, their emergences, their political- theological thoughts and their effects on the Islamization of the Turks have been discussed. In the Third Chapter“The Role of The Islamic Theological and Political Movements in the Period of Islamization of The Kyrgyz Community”the general information about the social and political life of Kyrgyz people before Islamic Age has been given and then the role of the Islamic political and Theological Movements such as Murjia, Maturidism, Yasaviya and Ismailites has been studied. In the Conclusion the results of the research have been introduced, which the most effective Islamic movement in the Islamization of the Turks in the early period of Islam was Murjia, after IV th/X th century Maturidism has been affected in this period.
