Özet
ÖZET 'Toplumsal Barışa Katkısı Açısından Türkiye'de Din Eğitimi' adlı bu tezde, ülkemiz insanlarının inanç ve kültür yapısında önemli bir yeri olan İslâm dininin, bireylere doğru bir şekilde öğretilmesi halinde toplumda kalıcı bir banş ortamının oluşturulmasına sağlayacağı katkı üzerinde durulmuştur. Tez, bir giriş ve dört bölümden oluşmaktadır. Giriş bölümünde konunun seçimine temel teşkil eden problem, çalışmanın amaç ve önemi, varsayımlar, temel kavramlar ve daha önceden yapılmış, konuyla dolaylı da olsa ilgisi bulunan bazı çalışmalar ve bilimsel toplantılar hakkında bilgi verilmiştir. Birinci bölümde; İslâm-toplumsal banş ilişkisi ele alınmış; İslâm'ın sosyal adalete ve sosyal dayanışmaya verdiği önem, toplumsal banşı sağlamaya yönelik sosyal dayanışma kurumlan ve belli başlı sosyal güvenlik unsurlan üzerinde durulmuştur. İkinci bölümde; din eğitiminin tarihî gelişimi, amaç ve görevleri, hukukî temelleri ve toplum için gerekliliği ile ilgili temel bilgilerin yanında, dinin ve din eğitiminin bireysel ve sosyal fonksiyonlan toplumsal banşa sağlayacaklan katkı açısından geniş olarak işlenmiştir. Yine bu bölümde İslâm dininin birey ve toplum yaşamındaki önemine değinilmiş, milli birlik ve bütünlüğün sağlanmasında, sosyal yaşamın sevgi, saygı, anlayış, hoşgörü ve insanlık temeline dayandınlmasında, dünyaya açılma yolunda olan ülkemiz insanına evrensel bir bakış açısı kazandınlmasmda din eğitiminin fonksiyonelliği üzerinde durulmuştur. Üçüncü bölümde; din eğitiminin yapıldığı yaygın ve örgün eğitim kurumlan banşa katkılan açısından değerlendirilmiş ve toplumda kalıcı bir banş ortamının sağlanıp sürdürülmesinde bu kurumlann daha da etkin hale getirilmesiyle ilgili bazı önerilerde bulunulmuştur. Dördüncü bölümde ise; toplumsal banşı tehdit eden unsurlar ve bu unsurlar karşısında bansın sağlanması konusunda din eğitiminin üstlenebileceği rol üzeride durulmuştur. Bu çalışmada, sosyal, siyasal, ekonomik ve ahlâkî nedenlerden kaynaklanan kargaşa ve çatışma eğilimlerinin frenlenmesi ve böylece toplumda kalıcı bir banş ortamının sağlanması bakımından din eğitiminin önemli bir imkân olduğu sonucuna vanlmıştır.

ABSTRACT In this thesis titled 'Religious Education in Turkey in Terms of It's Contribution to the Social Peace', for contributing to social peace, the contribution of Islam to forming a constant peace environment if it is thought individuals in a true way was concentrated on. This study consists of an introduction and four parts. In the introduction, some information was given about the fundamental problem for choosing this subject, about the aim and importance of the study, hypotheses, basic concepts, some scientific studies and important meetings concerning the subject in an indirect way. In the first part, the relation of Islam and social peace was handled; the importance that Islam attaches to the social justice and solidarity, social solidarity foundations trying to ensure social peace and certain social security elements were focused on. In the second part, the function of the religion and religious education as well as the basic information concerning the historical development of religious education, its aim and funetions, its legal bases and necessity for the society were widely studied from the angle of their contribution to the social peace. And also in this part, the importance of Islam for personal and social life was touched on, and the function of religious education was focused on in ensuring the national unity and wholeness, in establishing the social life on the basis of love, respect, mutual understanding, tolerance and humanity, in making citizens of our country in the way of opening to all world gain a universal visual angle. In the third part, inorganized and organized educational institutions were evaluated from the angle of their contribution to peace and some suggestions were made for providing and maintaining a constant peace environment and for making these institutions more effektive. In the fourth section, the role of the religious education and factors threatening the social peace were concentrated On for providing peace against these factors. In this study, a conclusion has been drawn that the religious education is a considerable feasibility in respect to preventing confusion and inclinations of conflict being caused by social, economic and moral factors, and so in respect of ensuring the constant peace environment in the society.
